Lucy's POV
The alam went off and I struggled out of bed.

"Ugh, why is it so early" I go into my bath room and start to get ready. By the time I start ratting breakfast it was 7:30am. 7:30? I'm going to be late! I thought as I ran out the kitchen and grabbed my bag that was swung over the lounge room chair. Luckily the school wasn't to far from the apartment block I was renting out. As I got out the door I locked it and turned around. I sighed to the floor and looked up.

"I wonder..." I began.

"Ahhh!" I heard a small scream as a blur of blue shot passed me and landed in the garden.

"Ow" a small blue cat said as he jumped out of the bush and fell onto his butt.

"Are you ok?" I asked the little blue ball of fur.

"No. Natsu hit me too hard this time" he said with a grumpy expression. I felt so bad for him. I couldn't help but pick him up and give him a hug.

"You will be ok now" I say and carry him with me. After a little bit he hopped onto my head and I stated to run around the riverbank like an airplane as he laughed along. As I did I tripped and started to fall into the river.

"Ahh-" I was cut of my screaming as water gently picked me up and liked us onto the path again.

"Are you ok?" A gentle and shy voice asked from in front. As I looked up I saw a bluenette coaching in front of me, patting the cat that fell off.

"Yeah" I said taking a breath.

"Juvia thinks you should be more careful" she said helping me up, then picking up the cat.

"Juvia's right. It's great to have some fun and all but it's also good to stay safe" a scarlet haired girl said standing next to her.

"You're all wet" another bluenette stated as she looked up at me. I looked down at my cloths and sighed.

"I'll dry you off" she said with a big smile on her face.

"Not to hard Wendy" a white cat said coming out from behind her.

"Yeah. I'm still bruised from the last time you dried me off" another bluenette said reading a book under a tree. Why are there so many bluenette a around here? I sweat dropped at the thought.

"I've been practicing" Wendy pouted. With that comment she blew a soft wind that dried me off pretty quickly.

"I'm Lucy Heartfilia" I said to the group.

"I'm Erza Scarlet" the red head commented.

"I'm Wendy and this is Carla" the little girl said picking you the white cat with a smile.

"I'm Levy" the bluenette said closing her book and walking out from under the tree.

"Juvia is pleased to meet you" the bluenette said whilst drying the cat of with a towel.

"Aye" the little blue cat flew into the air and landed on my head.

"I'm Happy" he said with a big grin.

We couldn't help but laugh. Juvia picked the cat off my head and started playing with it.

"So Lu-chan, how did you get Natsu's cat anyway?" Levy asked me looking at the cat curiously.

"Natsu?" I questioned her. I remember Happy mentioning him when we first met.

"Natsu hit me too hard and Lucy was nice and helped me" the cat said after being gently thrown into the air and caught again by Juvia.

"What did you do this time Tom cat?" Carla asked as if this kind of thing happens way too many times.

"Nothing" he mumbled whilst Juvia held him in her arms.

"Happpyyyy!" A voice screamed from the distance.

"Doesn't sound like nothing" Carla commented rolling her eyes. Happy gulped and hid in Juvias backpack.

"Where is that stupid cat!" Some guy who I guess is Natsu came up to the group and asked. He had pink hair, well toned body, and what I'm guessing is an anger issue.

"You shouldn't be hitting the poor cat like that" I stated without thinking. Great, I just made new friends and now their gonna think that I'm weird.

"Huh?" Natsu asked almost bored.

"She said you shouldn't be hitting your cat" Juvia stepped in front giving me her back pack.

"He stole my scarf!" He yelled.

"And your not getting it back until you give me back my fish!" A small voice was heard from inside the back pack.

"That's it" Natsu said as his fists turned to fire. What did I get myself into?
