Percy Jackson: A New Fate

A Sea of Silver

When i finally wake up i realize i am in a room filled with gold. everything walls ceiling floor it's all gold with a large brazier in the middle of the room burning with green fire, greek fire, first thing that i realize is i passed out i must be in apollo's palace i stand up and decide to try out some of my new powers so i create a flaming arch way in the room and then make a swirling vortex before i slash through it with my swords making the image shimmer into that of the throne room i notice it's an above image and decide to try out something new i snap my fingers and pitch black wings tear painfully from my back and through my clothes which i now realize are assassin garbs before i stretch them out to their full 20 foot span and folding them leap through the portal and dive into the floor of the throne room making black flames shoot up from the crater as i make contact giving the show of an explosion as i stand up i spread my wings and flap them once making the wind around me swirl and disperse the dust i made my hood is pulled over my face only allowing them to see my glowing eyes but nothing more i light my wings on fire before raising them over my head casting shadows across the room i slowly turn towards artemis and walk towards her before i fold my wings onto my back and kneeling in front of her an image of a moon made of silver fire appearing in the middle of the throne room i stand up and look at her before speaking "lady artemis i will gladly accept your offer and i swear on the five rivers of the underworld and the creator himself that i will guard the hunters with my life lest it be spent in tartarus i will do as asked without complaint and i will help train your hunters in close combat with more than their hunting knives on one condition" she thinks for a moment before replying "what is this condition?" i chuckle "the hardest thing to do, train me at archery" with that said chiron faints at the thought of what's going to happen to me "where are your hunters currently camped my lady?" "were currently stationed in new jersey but do not go into camp i wish to alert them before they meet you" "of course my lady" as i'm about to leave zeus stops me "percy i wish to give you an animal that you may merge with, what do you want it to be?" "my lord i wish for the animals that will help me protect the hunt i wish for a wolf, a falcon, and a dragon" "of course perseus and with that i wish to grant you a new weapon please remove a blade from the sheath" i do as he says before he takes it and drives t into the middle of the throne room floor "perseus achilles jackson i give you the strongest weapon my domain has to offer it has not had a previous owner therefore it is yours to name" when the olympians get over their shock they all grab some of my weapons and alter them poseidon took my bow and made it a sea green and jet black bow ares took my other sword and made it a replica of his hephaestus took my gauntlets and gave them blades that run from my wrist to my elbow apollo and artemis made my throwing knives infinite athena blessed me directly and i refused the other gods and goddesses besides hestia she made a set of hunting knives appear in a flash of fire the blades on said knives were white with intricate designs carved in them and the handles were black with sea green designs on it i took all the new weapons and resheathed them "i hate power and you gods know that i accept the gifts because they will help me in protecting the hunters and i-" i was interrupted by a black helix appearing "percy jackson seeing the olympians gift you weapons has made me want to give you something to here it is" to 8 foot chains appeared in front of me coiled on the floor neatly with sickle blades attached to the end in all directions making it resemble a grappling hook and a spike coming out the top i reach out to grab them and they launch off the floor and wrap around my forearms heating up and fusing to my arms "these weapons once belong to a man named kratos they are a blessing and a curse they turn into your gauntlets when not in use and when you want them slam you gauntlets together and they will appear while leaving your gauntlets good luck and don't die" on that happy note he vanished "my lady i shall go and make sure the hunters are alright now if i may?" i ask her and she simply nods i walk over to the wall punching a hole in it because why not and jumping all the goddesses scream forgetting i have wings while hermes and apollo collapse out of their thrones laughing and clutching their sides when athena turns and says "what is so funny?! percy just jumped off olympus!" when the two childish gods finally regain their composure they simply say "he can fly" all the goddesses slam their hand into their foreheads at this "oh yeah" says artemis

~time skip~

i am flying towards new jersey when i hear a boom and realize i just broke the sounds barrier to make it seem less odd i create a trail of flames behind me so i resemble a jet as i get closer all i can see is a sea of silver it's the hunters camp i turn into a falcon before landing in a tree nearby the camp and create a shield around the camp it can be passed through but i can feel when someone passes through that includes flashing in/out i sit there for a while longer before i get bored and fly towards the wolf pen becoming a wolf and landing softly in the middle it's now around midnight and i walk around sniffing the wolves till i find the alpha before gently nudging him awake and sitting down head bowed in respect to him "who are you?" he growled at me "my name is perseus achilles jackson but please call me blade or omega" "why not your real name?" i'm starting a new life therefore wish for a new name i am the guardian of the hunters thanks to lady artemis and wish to learn of your pack ways and customs so i may better protect without endangering their allies "of course young one my name is shade i am the alpha of the silver moon pack this pack we are not slaves nor pets of the hunters we are equals and we willingly stay with them you will help the pack by training them to hunt the males at least the females must learn to care for pups when they become old enough to have them" "alpha i mean no offense but that isn't exactly fair to either sex is it? males should know how to care for pups as much as females and females should know how to hunt and fight as much as males in order to protect their pups and mates" "i see where you come from omega and if you are willing to train both sexes to hunt and fight than you may and speak with one of the females about training both to care for pups you may make some changes and could even become alpha one day after i pass on from this life to the next and as such wish to adopt you as my son" "i would be honored father"
