Teagan's P.O.V.
" Hey, we have the same classes, so why do i have to go to the office to get a schedule?" I asked Cade as he led me through the crowd of staring vampires.
" Because, they have to know you're here and they dont know that your dad set your classes to mine. Anyway, you have to meet the principle. And you might wanna play nice" he smirked as he said this.
"Huh! Are you saying im mean? I could never" i placed a hand over my chest in mock offence. He busted out laughing and i cracked a smile. When he finally stopped laughing we were in front of the office doors. I was nervous so i took a deep breath and let it out.
" Ok. I can do this" i mumble to myself. Cade opened the door and we walked in. Behind the desk was a elderly woman. She looked about 60 with gray white hair and glasses on the bridge of her nose. She smiled big and asked.
" Hello, dears. What can i get for you?" She sniffed the air and stiffened. She looked at me as if she was about to tear me up. I grabbed Cade's arm and moved behind him. I lean up on my tippy-toes and whispered in his ear.
" Cade, im scared. Didn't she know i was a were?" i felt him stiffen and looked at her with a threatening eye.
" Mrs. Davis. We're here to see Mr.Evans." He said with a harsh tone. I felt her try to get into my mind and when she couldn't, she tried harder. I was about to tell her to stop that is was no use, she was getting on my nerves, when the door opened to the right and a man that looked a lot like Cade walked out.
" Ah. Miss Slade. Please come in. Cade, how have you been son?" he spoke in a reassuring voice. So this must be Cade's dad. We walked into the office and sat down in the chairs in front of the desk. The office had light brown wall with a huge window behind the desk. On the left there was a wall with books and binders. There was pictures hung up here and there and a couch to the right in the corner.
" Good, Dad this is Teagan. Teagan, as im sure you know by now, this is my dad." he looked over and smiled.
" It's nice to meet you" i said softly while smiling.
" It's nice to meet you also. Now as i understand, you and Cade have the same schedules. Am i correct?" he asked while switching his gaze from me to Cade. I nodded and he continued." Ok. If you have any problems Cade will help, but also know you can come to me anytime of the day. Your locker is between Alex's and Cade's. He will show you. I hope you have a nice first day at Lucian High." with that he smiled and me and Cade walked out. Once we were in the main office i spoke.
" You didn't tell me your dad was the principle." I stated. I looked over at him and he smirked down at me.
" You never asked" was all he said.
"I never knew to ask, so there" i said childishly while crossing my arms over my chest. He laughed and placed a and at the small of my back and steered my out into the hallway. I noticed alot of girls giving me glares and eyeing Cade's hand. I had a feeling he was one of the most wanted males around here. I just brushed it off and let him guide me toward the lockers where Alex was, surrounded by girls i might add.
I noticed the girls give me glares as we approached and waddle closer to Alex as if i might take him. I also noticed that i've never seen these girls or most of anyone that goes here before.
Cade, Are there any other clans that go to school here? i asked in his mind only.
Yea. Why? he asked back.
Well, it's just that i dont recognise anyone here. Plus the girls are burning holes into my head. i told him. I saw him raise his head and look around. As soon as he caught the eyes of some girl they would instantly turn their gaze flirty instead of mean.
