Mia is just staring at me with a look that I don't know I'm really frightened right now then Lea's voice came though and said "Mia leave her alone now came in here I need your help with something." "Okay I'm coming." I relaxd a bit but still confused on what just happened just the she she out looking paler then normally I wounder what happened, Lea came in later with a book I never seen before and said "Here I want you to try to read this okay?" I nodded and took the book when I turned the first but it seemed I wasn't allowed to I looked up and seen smiled instead of angry faces I siad, Sorry about that but why are you smiling for?" Mai said, It seems our dear friend doesn't know that she is apart of a prophecy that was made long ago poor girl all well better tell her now" I don't know if she was teasing or not hope not I really need answers now. Lea said "Mia stop messing around this is important now behave or else." Mia just nodded and backed off I really should be more cautious with these two I siad "What does she mean?" "She means that you are the one in the prophecy that will free us from the queen's worth and basically taking out the queen and whatnot but not alone with the help of worriors and then some but don't worry about right now you better get going and don't worry about it just relax for now okay?" I nodded and said "Thank you both of you it cleared some of the things up. I need to go now." I left closing the door behind me I walked to my room and shut the door solfty and made my way to my bed so much going on at once my head feels like it's going to explosion going on inside me. Then Kaydda came in and said "We need to meet with your father now,you okay? You look like you have even more on your mind now." I said "I'm fine, let's go before father get's mad because we're late." I got up and sarted walking to the door and walked out with Kadda, "What happened?" I sighed and said "Let's say that a lot happened and well we need more then I like to talk about okay?" Kaydda said "Yeah I get it but I really would like it if you would like to help you know?" I nodded "Sorry I snapped at you I know you mean well and all." I truly was sorry to I really need some sleep right now. That might help before we knew it we was in the back yeard I was starting to wounder why he wanted us hear for but before I could ask I sinced danger and reacted by kicking them and sanding them flying Kaydaa said "Nice kick! Really but don't you think that was a bit much though?" I said "Thinks, you might be right. All well maybe they'll learn, maybe they won't who knows." That's when we heard " Well they were right about you being the strongest this village ever see. Abd with fast reflects too! My little girl is just like me!" Father nearly had tears in his eyes I wounder what he would do for the other three but before I could say anything he said "The reason I called you four out here is because I wanted to see how strong you are now I seen how strong Rosebud is with that foot of hers is." "OH you haven't seen nothing yet" I really wish they would stop because I don't think I blushed this much before I really don't like it either but then again sometimes I forget that I'm still a teenage girl too. Father was impressed with how well we work together at the moment, boy was he in for a surprise we can work really well together all I have to do is tell them I have a plan and bang it get's done faster then you think possible. I said "You should know that the four of us can work very well together and if you're thinking about adding Iceblood to us I think we can work well with him too. I mean I'm not one to play favorites and don't like to change anyone from being themselves or anything, right?" They nodded okay that takes care of that I mean it's not everyday you're father tells you that he's proud that you became a leader of a team and not play favorites like most teams and except someone easily because he's there and asking to help. It's not like I'm able to turn him away and Kayadda won't except me to either I know that. I said "Of course,we can use all the help we can get that's why I didn't turn mother's old friend away either but I need to know something if you'll share or have anything on it as well, but before I ask you should know that I found two vampires." I held my hands up in defense and said "Now wait before you say anything I first I was going to kill them but they didn't even want to fight me and they Offered to help and right before I we came to recuse you they trained me in their ways of fighting and everything." He shook his head saying 'no' but said nothing "okay well they told me something Interesting earlier on this evening now I don't all of it yet but they said something about a prophecy they didn't really explain it in details just sumed up the Important parts but I was hoping you could tell me please father?" I don't know what's going through father's head right now but I don't like it afater all he said " You'll have to wait but I need you to do something." Then he pointed to Jackie,Kayadda, and Kim and continued on "You three will have to stay here it's for my daughter but I'm sure Iceblood will follow even if she said not to am I right?" Iceblood nodded but said nothing I'm surprised he didn't say anything but I'll half to ask him about it later then father said "Rosebud listen carefully okay?" I nodded and listened "There's a sword hidden in the forest where I don't know now you will have to search for it but in order to do that first you must be very careful and you must know the name of the sword now the name is your choice to call it. Do you understand?" I nodded and continued to listen carefully taking notes he went on " The next thing you must know is the sword you're looking for is a legendary sword so you must trust yourself as well as your power but in order to unlock your powers you will have to go and find a place of peace and trust I wish I could tell you where to find that place but alas I cannot I am sorry my daughter." He paused for a few moments to let it all sink in then continued on "Now the last thing you must know is you cannot, I repeat cannot go alone the sword is hard to find and the only way to find it besides your power is through your blood and the only reason I say not to go alone is your going to need help and someone to watch your back okay." I nodded now I know that but what is the place of peace and trust? Hmm, looks like Lea and Mia might see me twice tonight oh well, sucks to be them. I said "I understand father but why tell me this? And why now?" He said "I'm not sure I should be the one to talk to and the sword has been in our family for generations it is rightfully ours don't let the punk from before tell you otherwise because the sword will reject him and except you." Father looked confused so I said "Kale could never beat me before I became the best, I always beat him in training no matter what lesson I always beat him and even outside of training he tried to out match me but only made a fool out of himself I always won and he always lost." Jackie said "She's right he doesn't like it when other people are better then him and his father told us that he's a disappointment to their family, he even told us he didn't rise him like that and kept apologizing to us even though it's not his fault for the way his son turned out to be." It hit home I needed to talk to Mr.Smith I said "Hey, Jackie I think we need to talk to Mr.Smith what to you think?" "Yeah, I think that's a good idea and maybe tell him about his son?" Yep that's the plan but this time i'm taking two with me "Yeah, but let's bring Iceblood since I'm going to need him now father you wanted to test our skills well it's gonna have to wait for a few minutes I need to write down everything and then go talk to Mr.Smith okay?" He nodded I went inside and up to my room I went to my desk and opened a notebook and started to write down everything that I was told. By the time I was done there was a knock at my door I said "Come in" I was done writing everything and looked up in time to see Iceblood coming in I smiled at him he half smiled I said "Something wrong?" He shook his head I sighed and said in my usual soft and quite voice "You know you can talk to me, right?" He said "I know but I also know about the prophecy and I know about the aroura you're friend was taking about I know a lot of things but I'm to afraid to tell you because I'm not sure how you'll react to it." I thought about it then said "Okay, if you know the prophecy then tell me because I don't and Lea and Mia was no help okay?" He nodded and said "The one's with the power of the old will come together to fight the children of the night along with the one with the blood of ancient one's with the power to wield the sword of truth and justice and the one born of blood of death can wield the power of death its self will come together and battle the children of the night and the queen of them shall fall and free all the children of the night." So that's the prophecy well at I couldn't go on I said "Do you think that my dreams were because my powers are starting to unlock?" He looked at me and nodded but said nothing I said "Waiting for a bad reaction?" He nodded I couldn't help be laugh at him I seen the hurt in his eyes and said "Sorry but that's not going to happen." He looked at me, and tilt his head to the side in confession I said "If I'm going to have a scared reaction don't you think I would've freked out by now?" He thought about then nodded before he realized what I was talking about and then smiled a heart full smile rhen I ask "Do you know what the 'place of peace and trust' is?" He thought about and said "There are many but only few that the old family used is unknown to me." "Right so we might have t-" I was Interrupted by Lea when she and Mia busted through the door I said "You do realize that you owe me a new door right?" They looked at the door and saw that it was broken and said "Sorry about that but before we get to that." Lea pointed to Iceblood and said "How do you know the prophecy?" He looked at them and said "Because I am the one born from death and have the power to wield death it's self. I have known that for sometime that." He looked at me and continued on "That Rosebud was the one born of the old with the blood to wield the sword of thruth and justice, bumbass." He finshed I said "Now you know that can you tell me something?" Mia said "What do want to know now but before you ask let me say this hey we resent that! Okay go ahead now." I said "Sorry about that and what where doing listening anyway? Well we'll get back to this later do either of you happen to know the place of peace and truth?" I looked at them with hopeful eyes then they said "Hmm, well you could try the old church where you found us but I don't think it's it but it's worth a shot but why?" I said " Father told me that since the legendary sword belongs to our family that I have to unlock my full power and use both my power and blood to look for it." Mia said "The sword of Truth and Justice?" I nodded not really understanding where this is going I said "Yeah, why? Something wrong?" I looked at them then to Iceblood who has been stiring at me for sometime not that I mind then back to them finally Mia said "Yeah, see the prophecy said 'The one born with the blood to wield the sword of Truth and Justice" but it didn't say anything about the sword belonging to the family." As soon as she Finished "POW!" She strated to rub the back of her head while saying "What was that for?" Lea said "You dumbass to be able to have to blood to wield the sword it has to be from the family there dumbass." Would it be wrong to say that I was thinking the same thing? I said "Okay we'll try now what do think I should do to try to unlock my powers?" They looked at me and said " well there's a couple of theories one being that for have to trust in you're powers to unlock them." I remembered that father said the samething I said "Yeah I think that's what I got to do is turst my powers. Now you both have some explaining to do why don't start with why you were eardroping on us? And why?" They said in union "Well... we were...that's to say.... we wanted to know what you where talking about that's all." "Now why did you break my door? You could've knocked you know." This was too easy to see them so worked up like this man this is fun. They said "We don't know I guess we never thought of it?" I said "Well make sure it's fix before we get back if you need help ask Kim and Kayadda okay?" They nodded and shuddered I was laughing mentally it was to much fun that it was wrong now that's out of my system I need to focus now just me, Jackie, and Iceblood need to see Mr.Smith now I said "Let's go get Jackie and be on our way okay?" He nodded then I sinced something and like before reacted only this time with my fist instead of my foot.
I sighed and said "Is this how it's going to be now? Because I can tell you it's going to be very painful for you their father." He said "What hit me that time? Because it didn't feel like at foot and ten times header to." Jackie came out of nowhere ans said "That's because it wasn't her foot it was her fist and her fists like steel or iron which ever way you look at it. It's still painful to those that are unfortunate to cross paths with her on a bad day." I was starting to wounder if she had any idea of what she's talking about then again what would I know. I said "Jackie come on we need to go and I have somethings to talk about and thensome okay?" She nodded we left I was telling her everything and as soon as I finished we was laughing heard before we knew it we was at Mr.Smith's office I knocked on the door when we heard a muffled "come in" we when in I said "Hey Mr.Smith how are you?" Mr.Smith smiled and said "You where always one for politeness wasn't you Rosebud?" I smiled and said "Yeah I am but that's not why were here now before I tell you, let introduce Iceblood he's a friend of mine, Iceblood can you shut the door please the less people that know the better." Mr.Smith looked concerned I said "Relax Mr.Smith it's nothing to that concerned about now the first thing I thought you would like to know personally is that I recused my father and that he's home you're more then welcome to go and see him any time." I puased to let it sink in he said "You recused you're father? Please tell me that you seen Mark?" I said "Yes I did and please don't worry I did not have to fight him and he does not work for the queen." He looked happy at that thought he said "Thank you for that but I know there more to this meeting isn't there?" I nodded and said " there is please do not blame yourself for you're sons choices I understand that you did not rise him to be like that. Now there's one more thing i wish to ask you is do you know anything about the sword of Truth and Justice?" It was silent for a long while and I didn't like it.
He said "What? Where did you here about that from?"
As he said that his face and voice was filled with confusion and worry
But why? What did he know that makes him like this?
