Wiping down the last table, I was ready to leave. All day I felt strange. I felt tingles all through out my body. It was like pins and needles were all over my body, but not in a painful way.

After I finished wiping down the tables, I grabbed my car keys and headed out to my car. As I got to my car, I felt someone watching me. I turned and saw a guy across the parking lot staring at me. He looked tall, with dark brown hair, and I couldn't see his eyes. They looked like they were a blue color.

I turned back to my car. Again, I felt tingles. They were stronger this time. For some reason I wanted to go up to him, but I didn't. I unlocked my car. Then I felt the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

From the heat on my back, I knew someone was behind me. I turned and almost screamed. The guy from across the parking stood in front of me. His eyes were an intense blue, boring into my hazel eyes.

"If you try to run away, I won't hesitate to break your leg," he threatened. "Come with me and we won't have that kind of a problem."

I gulped and nodded.

"Good. Follow me. Now," he demanded, grabbing my arm.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked.

"My place," he replied.

That made me halt in my steps. I yanked my hand away. "Oh no you're not!" I snapped. "I don't know what your game is. Hell I don't even know your name."

He growled. It was unhumanly. "Well, my name is Trenton. Now you know my name, let's go." He reached for my arm.

I yanked it away. "Don't you want to know my name?" I questioned.

He shook his head. "I already do."

"What?"

"I know your name. Its Elaine," he said.

I gasped. "How do you know that?" I demanded.

"I'll tell you if you come with me," he offered.

I stared at him, making sure he didn't look suspicious. "Fine." I knew my plan. Once when he trusts me to follow him, I'll run.

He sighed in relief and began walking, releasing my hand.

I grinned and turned, dashing off.

I heard a very loud possessive growl and heard Trenton cursing, but I just kept running. Footsteps came from behind me, telling me he was right on my tail.

Before I knew it, a hard body slammed into me. I fell to the ground. My arms and legs scrapped against the rocks, that felt like knifes. Blood oozed out of my arms and legs, dripping down.

Trenton growled in my face. What human growls? "I told you not to run!" he yelled. His arm went to my leg, but he stopped, feeling the red liquid substance on his fingers. He realized it was blood and shot off of me. "I'm sorry."

Then he did something that I didn't expect. He grabbed my arm and brought it to his lips. His tongue darted out and licked up my arm, elbow to wrist. I realized what he was doing. He was cleaning my arms. I shivered when his tongue touched the inside of my wrist. He did the same to my other arm.

"Why did you do that?" I asked.

"I cleaned and healed you," he replied, pointing to my arm.

The blood and the wound was gone. "H...How?"

"That I will explain later," he said. "If you come with me."

I looked at him, hesitating and finally nodded. "Okay." We both got up and I followed him in to the woods.
