Chapter 4

<BIRDY POV>

His house was absolutely breath taking on the inside. He introduced me to his mom who had just gotten home from grocery shopping. She explained to me how she ran across town to get flowers for my mom to greet her with.

"Oh how sweet of you mrs. Jonas!" I said examining the bright yellow sunflowers that sat in a store bought vase.

"Sunflowers are my favorite." I said softly to her. She giggled as we both glanced up to nick who was leaning on the counter.

"You young man need to finish packing right now." She said pointing a finger at him.

Nick led me up stairs to his room where the first this I did was look out of the window. Even with the white curtains drawn shut you could still kinda see into my room.

" we have two shows here after my last day of school and then we start our away from home tour." Nick explained as I helped him fold up shirts and place into his suit case.

"Isn't it dumb how I have to go to school the last day? I mean like... Really?" I said. It was Thursday and tomorrow was te last day of school here so forw to be able to graduate I had to finish the last day of school.

Nick agreed with me but he went to the same school so he promised he'd drive me to school and home.

" I want to come to one of your shows here." I said looking him dead in the eyes. A smile broke across his face and he looked down to put the jeans he just folded into the case before looking at me again.

Saturday is the first show. Ride the bus with us there and ill give you back seat passes." He said. I nodded and smiled as I jumped on his bed and tucked my hands behind my head. He zipped up the last suit case and put it on the floor before jumping on the large bed.

"You have really pretty eyes." He said when he looked At me. I smiled and thanked him before sitting up and picking up one of the cases. He tried to help me but I put my hand out to stop him.

"I'm a big girl with strong arms nick. Don't underestimate me." I said letting one of my eyelids dip into a wink. He laughed at the gesture and picked up his two cases and followed me down the stairs.

The inside of the bus was huge. There was a small living area with a tv, wii, play station And Xbox. There was a small kitchen area with a sink and oven/microwave in the back there were twelve bunks to sleep in. Six on each side. I jumped into one and shut the curtains I nick couldn't see me. I started pressing buttons that dimmed lights and made the mattress softer or harder.

When nick finally was able to get me to stop playing with the bus we but his cases in the back behind the bathroom. We slowly walked back to my house as the sun was slowly setting we said our good byes and be gave me a strong but soft hug that kinda made my insides dance. He gave me a time to be ready to go to school and with another hug he walked back up the side walk to where he lives.
