how can you improve? maybe, you'd apologize to that one person that's been making you feel nothing but guilt for the past while. maybe, start eating healthier? wake up and see the sunrise more often? make new friends, new (positive) habits?
share yourself with others? let others share with you?
working hard and dedicating yourself to something is good for your mind, and accomplishing goals sparks a self love you couldn't compare to anything else. find something you want to improve, and do it.
