"Ready, set..."

"Go!"

I can do it! I can make it!

Having chakra in my feet, I ran up a tall forest tree. Making my way, I stayed glued on the tree for a few momments, before the tree's bark exploded under my feet.

"Itai! Itai! Itai!" I rub my huge forehead, since it broke my fall first.

"Saku-chan, are you alright?"

"..I'm alright, it's just..." I get up, and dust myself. "Haku. Do you think Tou-chan will be proud? I mean... I am training really hard. But I've been doing the same thing, over and over again for the past couple of weeks. And I'm still not making improvement!"

It's been weeks since Haku and I became 'firends to the end'. We both accepted eachother as who we are, not what we are from the inside out. Not even our past can bend our friendship, or break it.

I could of never asked for a better friend.

"Saku-chan, want me to give you advice now?" he asked. Putting emphasis in now.

I sigh in defeat. "Fine, alright. Just because I came to learn that one person, can't get stronger by themselves. But be stronger with another."

"Hm. Good learing my small pupil." Haku teases.

I play along, then bow. "Thank you, sensei."

"That made me feel old for a second there." Haku comments.

"Huh? Really? But your just 3 years older than I am."

"I know, I know. It's just that, 'sensei' isn't my type of honorific."

"Oh well. Your going to get older ethier way." I shrug.

Haku sits down, tucking his feet underneath him. He then slowy, took out a metal box from his pocket.

When he opens it, pink, green, and white dangos where stored inside... Waiting for just the right person to ravish them in seconds.

He took one out, and began to eat it with delight.

He gulps down his first bite. "Okay, well, focus chakra into your feet. Close your eyes too! It helps, and it's really effective!" he reassures me, and took a second bite out of his dango.

With his seconds bite, he didn't chew it right away. Instead, he placed it to the side of his cheek, and began to talk ーfinishing the rest of his sentenceー about chakara control.

"But don't put too much or too little. Make it even. Got it?" talking one last bite out of his meal he finishes it. And plucks another dango from his metal box.

"..H-hai." just by watching him eat that delicious dango. It made me crave one. But I pushed that hungry thought away.

As Haku advisised, I close my eyes. Concentrating on the amount of chakara I'm controlling in my feet.

Focus... not too much, or too little. Just.... the right amount.

"Ready?"

My eyes fluttered open.

I ran straight towards the tall forest tree. 'Not too much or too little.' 'Not too much or too little!' the same sentence repeats over and over again. Keeping me and my chakara in check.
