Chapter 2 -

I honestly think that Ben, whom we got the pleasure of driving our taxi, went the longest possible route to our home! It was emotional and mental torture... Tom and Liam wouldn't stop jabbering about their usual random crap. Alexis was chatting up Ben although nothing would come of it, he was at least 5 years older than her and she was supposedly having a 'long-distance relationship' with her previous boyfriend, Tony. I was silent. I have never been so speechless in my entire life, everything was beautiful. As my gaze shifted from spot-to-spot, I completely forgot about my life back home. This was the life! Sun, Sea, Sand and...Boys? Haha, Yes pleaseee. 

Our home was better than I remember, it was the kind of house people dream of living in with the sun blaring down onto it's faded red tiled roof. It was so open, so perfect. It was 7 o'clock and the sun was still glimmering onto our... 

"SWIMMING POOL! OH YES! WE HAVE A SWIMMING POOL! NO-ONE BACK HOME HAS A POOL, SUCKERS..." Yep, that was the familar voice of my annoying younger brother, Liam. 

I however, was not immature enough to muck around jumping in the pool fully clothed... no way. As soon as the lock clicked, I bounded through the door and straight upstairs. 

"I SHOTGUN AND BAGSY AND WHATEVER ELSE THE BIGGEST BEDROOM WITH THE SEA-VIEW!" I bellowed, and then added "HEAR ME? BIGGEST SEA-VIEW BEDROOM IS MINE, MINE, MI-I-I-NE!!" Just incase somebody in the next street didn't hear me. It seemed to do the job, next thing I knew, my siblings raced up the staircase shouting things like "WHAT? THAT'S SO NOT FAIR!! MU-U-UM...." and, "BUT SAV, YOU DIDN'T EVEN TELL US! THAT'S SO CHEATING!". Mission accomplished.
