Don't cry
Don't tell a lie
Just say goodbye
Don't tell them I was wonderful
Don't say it wasn't my time
Don't tell them how much you loved me
Because,
If you truly did
In my darkest hours
You would have been there
If you loved me
You would have shown you cared
When I was crying
You should have wiped the tears
Whispered in my ear
the only things I needed to hear
'It will be okay'
The four simple words that could have saved my fate
Stopped the tears from running down your face
Stopped the fears
Filled my void
Beaten all the monsters that I couldn't destroy
Stopped me from taking the step
Each day I was brought closer to end of my chapter
But if you loved me
If you cared
I might still be here
But now, there's no chance
No chance to save me
Because now
I am
Gone
