Jake and Alex also heard the door slam and a car drive away and when they went down stairs to check who it was Jessica and Alex was already down stairs. They all asked if they knew who it was neither of them knew who it was. Jake the said he did see someones car in the drive way when he came home from the park but he didn't know who's car it was so he just ignored it. Jessica grabbed Max's arm since she was scared because someone was in the house. All of the decided to check upstairs in Samantha and Carol's room to see if they both were they. When they checked both of them was there. Jessica became even more scared. Jake woke up Samantha and Carol and told them what happened. Alex ran down stairs as he found a picture frame broken and the picture was of all of them in the backyard during their birthdays with Max's face scratched out. Alex took the broken picture frame and showed the rest of them. Jessica said why would some one be so cruel to do such a thing. After Max saw that his face was scratched out he knew exactly who was it. He told the rest and they all asked who. Max then said it was Amy. he knew it was her because He knows that Amy likes Jessica but Jessica doesn't like Amy. She did that because she wants Max out of the picture and she can have Jessica for herself. The next day when Jessica went to school she saw that Amy was heading towards her. Jessica then ran away from Amy and went to Max because she knew that Amy wouldn't come near Max. Amy was confused why Jessica didn't want to talk to her. Then she thought to herself that maybe Jessica found out that she broke into their house and scratched out Max from the picture.
