Chapter 2

Natalie's POV

I woke up thinking "Great. New boys coming to my school. That's just amazing." I dragged myself out of bed and got ready then ran downstairs to get some food and my phone.

"Morning Nat, mom left a bottle of blood in the refrigerator."Kristie said "I know. I was with mom when she got it." I say "Ok."Kristie says "Why aren't you at school?" I ask "Rose and I are going together. So I'm gonna wait for her." Kristie says "Ok. See you after school" I say walking out the door.

I ran to school and recycled the bottle. I was walking towards where I usually meet Ash and Mellody. But instead the ran up to me and attacked me.

"Natalie!" Ash and Mel both said "Hello to you guys too" I say with a smile "The new guys are hot. I think the one with the quiff is hot."Ash says "I think the blonde one is hot" Mellody said "Whoa whoa whoa how many boys are there?" I ask "5 super hot boys." Mellody says "They are hotter than in the photo!" Ash exclaims with excitement "And the 5th boy is a Mermaid!" Mellody says with happiness in her eyes "Ok, tell me which is which." I say as we were walking towards the boys "Ok, the one with the buzz and the boy with the blue eyes and quiff are both werewolf's, the boy with curly hair is a Vampire, and the one with black hair is a Ghost" Ash says smiling and looking at me with a grin "And the blonde one is a mermaid" Mellody said grinning and stared at him

I just couldn't take my eyes off of the curly haired boy. I felt like I cared about him. And like I have seen him someplace.

"Natalie?" Ash says waving her hand in front of my face "Ya? Sorry, I was just zoning out." I say "Really. We saw you staring at him" Mellody said "Ya whatever. He's just a boy" I say "Please don't tell me you turned your humanity off because if you did then you can never get to know this boy that you just stared at" Ash says "I haven't. But I will if I have to." I say "Ok. It's up to you Natalie." Ash says "Huh. Lets just get to class." I say

Ash, Mellody, and I walked to our first classes. Mellody went to the pool, Ash went to her Werewolf class, and I went to my Vampire class. While I was in class I realised Mr. Curly was starring at me. I started to feel a bit uncomfortable. And I felt caring in my heart. I wanted to turn off my Humanity so bad. But I kept it on. After class I rushed over to Ash's classroom and there was The boy with the quiff flirting with Ash. All this stuff was making me sick.

"Ummm hello. We have to go. So bye!" I say grabbing Ash and dragged her out "Hey! What the hell was that for?! I was talking to Louis!" Ash say with a pout face "Who?!" I said looking at her "Louis. Louis Tomlinson" Ash says

I was sick of all this boys. I grew angry about all these boys flirting and everything. I grew tired.

"Why would you talk to a boy like that? He will just mess will you Ash! That's why I turn my Humanity off! I don't want to deal with the pain!" I say starting to get tears in my eyes "But if you don't deal with pain and loss you can't find the one. You can't know who's out there waiting for you Nat. That's why I want you to always keep your Humanity on. For you to learn!" Ash says "I don't need to. I'm gonna be living for forever! Why?" I ask crying already "Because you can't run away from love everytime you fall for a guy. Or when both of you like eachother. Just promise me you won't turn it off" Ash says looking me in the eye "I won't guarantee anything." I say walking towards the pool "Huh. Just be better than that." I heard Ash whisper

We arrived at the pool and I saw Mel and the Blonde boy flirting. Great. Mel is sucked into this as well.

"Mel! Can you please get out. I'm hungry" I say calmly "Ya. Just give me a moment" Mel says and said something to the blonde boy "Please. I'm out of Patients" I say "Ok. I'm coming" Mel says jumping out of the water.
