Chapter 13

I'm currently bundled up outside with Lexi. Its been a long night. I'm trying everything but she apparently has to be standing up, well she gas to have me stand up.

I'm outside because I don't want her to wake up anyone else again.

I was swaying her back and forth watching her fall asleep in my arms when Ashton snaked his arms around my waist from behind me. I knew it was him cause he smells like cinnamon.

"Want me to take her?" He offers

"No its fine, get some sleep." I urge.

"I just got like 2 hours if sleep you have had like 30 minutes." He's so sweet.

"Plus I have an idea" he adds.

"What's that?" I raise an eyebrow.

"Give me our baby girl." He whispers.

I hand Lexi to him and he walks to our room getting in bed, she starts to scrunch her face up like she's about to cry but he lays her down on his chest and she starts to doze off.

"Thank you." I say.

He gives me a quick kiss and then we start drifting into a sleep.

2 days later-

"She's so precious" mom coos. I smile and relax in Ashton's arms.

Mom is holding Lexi and Lexi has her tiny hand around dad's thumb, but her hand is still to little to fit all the way around.

Andrew us literally in love with her. Hazel acts like she's the mom, Kristen and Tristen are always trying to shove baby doll bottles in her mouth and change her diaper.

"She's beautiful " Dad says, starting to tear up.

"Thank you dad." I smile and give him a hug.

"So, I was wondering.." I start.

'What do u want?" Mom jokes.

"Could you guys maybe watch her next weekend? Lisa said she would if she doesn't have to go to work but now she does and me and Ash just need a night out with a couple friends."

"Of course!" Mom squeals.

"Thank you."

"Its our pleasure." Dad smiles looking at Lexi.

"Remember when Allison was this little. She was always crying, being a little sass." Mom laughed making dad laugh to.

"Yeah, I miss those days. She was so young and innocent." He says tearing up again.

"Dad, are you on your man period because your really emotional today." I laugh.

Him and mom tense up a little bit but almost immediately are back to normal again. I raise an eyebrow but shake it off when dad does the same to me.

"Hey Lexi." Andrew says coming in.

"Wow, hello to you to." I say sarcastically.

"Oh I didn't know anyone else was here." He says with a grin. Excuses, excuses.

"Yeah cause I'm totally gonna leave my 1 week old daughter home alone."

"Shut up Ally." He says waving me off and heading strait towards Lexi, taking her from my Mom.

I told you, he's literally in love with her. He's never gonna put his baby down, not even when he has to go to the bathroom.

I shake my head and walk over to Ashton from behind putting my arms around his waist and leaning mY head against his back.

He relaxes and turns around, to face me. My hands still around his waist.

"Your the best thing that's ever happened to me." He smiles.

"I love you." I say kissing his lips.

"No PDA there's a baby in dis house." Andrew screams.

We just wave him off and keep kissing.

"I love you more." He said.

"I love you most" I smirk.

"Ill love you to infinity and beyond baby." He smirks.

I glare at him and his smirk automatically drops.

I laugh and lean into him with my head on his chest.

"We should probably go check on Lexi before Andrew tries to take off with her." I say.

Yeah, we should." He agrees.

We walked over to see Andrew with a duffle bag full of Lexis cloths and putting her shoes on.

He's tried this before.

"Andrew, why do you always try to steal my daughter?"

He freezes and slowly turns around.

"Because she told me she loves me more." He said holding her tighter and backing up.

"Oh really? Cause the last time I checked, she can't talk yet." Ashton says raising an eyebrow.

"We can read each others minds." He says. Excuses.

I see Melanie walk up really quietly.

She comes from behind him and grabs Lexi, running towards me and Ash.

She gives lexi to Ashton and sits down out of breath.

"You only ran 7 feet " I laugh.

"That's a lot for me!"

I shake my head at her. No it isn't. Me and her used to run a mile and a half every morning, now its just me.

"Mel, wanna go shopping today?" I ask.

"Yes! I haven't gone shopping in forever!" She screams.

"Babe, I took you shopping last week." Andrew says walking up to her.

"Yeah, I know." She waves him off and turns to me.

"I have to go get dressed and take a shower real quick." I say.

I took a shower and put a pair of my old Miss Me boot cut jeans. I rolled them up at the bottom twice because they're so long and put a black crop top that said route 99 in white letters. I put some all black vans on and blow dried my hair then straightened my hair. I put a thin layer of eye liner on top and blue eye shadow with sparkles in it, then put mascara on and a light pink lip stick.

I grabbed my black purse along with my phone, wallet, lip gloss, and mint gum after brushing my teeth.

"OK, ready?" I ask.

"Its so different now, you know?" Mel starts, "you have your flat stomach again now and you can wear normal cloths again not maternity ones, it just reminds me of how we used to all be before any of this happened."

Lexi started crying and I went and picked her up from her pack n play.

"Do you wanna go shopping with momma and aunti Mel?" I smile kissing her nose which causes her to do a tiny smile and giggle a little bit.

Everyone stands in awe of how cute she is.

"Unless you guys wanted her today." I look at Ashton.

"Nah, it's fine. If you wanna take her shopping you can." He says.

"Yay! Were going shopping baby girl!" I say. I grab her car seat and put her in, buckling her up.

I put up the Hood on the car seat and put up the handle to it. I grab her diaper bag and pick the car seat up.

Ashton grabs a tiny Teddy bear and puts it in her car seat with her, he kisses me for about 15 seconds and then Melani yells at me to hurry up.

"I love you, bye." I say with one last Peck.

"I love you too." He says and gives Lexi a kiss on the cheek.

Then I head out to my white mustang, putting Lexi in the back seat. I get into the drivers side as Melani gets into the passenger seat, I start the car and pull out of the drive way.
