You decided that goin alone would be the best decision. You don't know what awaits you and your siblings might make everything harder than it already is.
The address lead you to the poor side of the city.Cold,isolated,broken,dirty were the words you'd use to describe this place. It looked like something out of a horror movie and you doubt you'd find anybody here.
"Damn bastard must have-"suddenly rain poured down,soaking your clothes in an instance. "Perfect!" You made a run for it,after a minute or so you made it to the front door .Soaked and annoyed, I swear if that guy wouldn't be here you'd go on a rampage.
You pressed the doorbell, it doesn't work.Nice. You began to knock until you finally heard a voice.
"Who is it?" The voice was old and raspy.
"Hello . I'm from the Milk Club programme,I'd like to ask you some questions. "
When the door was opened you saw an old looking man in baggy clothe and clearly unsaved face.
"You honestly think I'd belive they sent a kid here without warning?"
"...No..not really."
"What do you REALLY want,kid?"
"Answers.I won leave until I get them."you looked very serious at him.
The man sighed and let you. "Don't expect a drink , I only got beer. And giving it to you is a sentance." Nice fella.
The room was small,connected to an even smaller kitchen.There no sofars just one old armchair,old tv,dirty coffee table and a few chairs with pillows on it but they looked as if they would break at any moment.
"So lil missy.What questions you have for me?"
"A few years ago Hoshi Kiku was brutally killed.I heard you saw who did it."
"You know,it's awfully risky to play detective. "
"I'm not playing. Now tell me,who did you see?"
The man opened the fridge and took out a bottle of cheap beer.
"..."you watched him,waiting for his answer.
"Kids"
"What?"
"Kids.I saw 4 kids dragging gaining up on him.Than he seemed to have fainted and they dragged him into a black car."
"Can you recognize them if seen?"
"I can but I won't. ..this kids families will eat me alive if I tell on them."
"So they come from rich families.Could yo-"
"No,we're done talking you can go home now."
"But!"
"You know where the door is." He takes a sip of his beer.
"Fine."she gets out an envelope "For your trouble."
He glares at it "take it away."
You simply put it on the table and walked towards the door.as soon as you touched the handle the old man spoke up.
"They are two pairs of twins,girls and boys."
