Chapter 8 : Go with Alfred

You decided to call Alfred. He was the perfect candidate not very bright but strong. If somebody tries to attack you, he will definitely be there to save you.

Beep beep be-"Yo!"

"Hey Alfie! "

"(Y/N)!Are you coming home soon? I found this cool new game BUT SOME BLONDE BITCH DOESN'T WANT TO PLAY WITH ME!" he yelled .

"Eeh,..maybe  later? Right now I need your help."

"Are you hurt?! I swear I will k-"

"No,no,I'm fine. I just want you to escort me to one place."

"Ooooo,okay! Where do we meet?~"

You told him the address.

"I don't have to bring anybody,right?"Alfred sounded annoyed.

"Nope,just you and me!"

When Alfred finally arrived you two made your way to the mans house.

"(Y/N)..I don't think you should be in such a place.."

This was one of poorest part of towns. The streets were grey and dirty,most windows were broken. It didn't help that there was nobody around and that the rain began to poor down all of a sudden.

Alfred took off his coat and put it around your heads. He looked at you with a smile "Don't worry. I'll protect you from the rain~" You smiled back.

Alfred was always so sweet towards you. You didn't understand why , he didn't give as much love to others as he did to you. Sometimes you felt as if he worshiped you...maybe that was the case. To him you were a divine being, a goddess that must always be loved and protected from any harm.

You finally arrived at the door. The doorbell was broken and you began to knock on the door. After a few moments an old raspy voice of a man was heard.

"Who is there?"

"We're from the Milk Club. We came to ask you some stuff."

The door got half opened, revealing an old man in dirty baggy clothes. At first he seemed indifferent to the fact you came but as soon as he saw Alfred his eyes widen, jaw dropped and he began to back away.

"You...you're one of the,...one of those kids.."

"One of those kids?"you looked confused at Alfred.

"What are you talking about old man?" Alfred looked annoyed.

"You..YOU KILLED THA-" before the man could finish his sentence he tripped and fell on his back. You wanted to come close to help him up but Alfred pushed you aside and jumped on the man, attacking him.

"YOU KNOW NOTHING! STOP MAKING UP LIES!" he began hitting that man ,smashing his head against the floor.

You tried your best to stop him but it was like he blacked out. He even pushed you,making you hit your head against the wall. The hit was so hard you blacked out.

"(y/n)...(Y/N)!...wake up..im sorry.,..." you heard Alfred's voice..but it sounded as so far away..and you couldn't make up or hear some words...you eventually could hear a police siren..than some voices and screams and than nothing.

You woke up in a white room. You blinked a few times looking at the wall,waiting for your vision to readjust. When it did you finally sit up and looked around. You were in a bright room full of people in uniforms...police uniforms. Sound of phone ringing ,people running around with documents, nobody noticed that you were awake and you didn't understand what happened and how did you get here.

Finally one of the officers noticed that you have woken up "Miss,can you see me? Do you feel sick?"

You nodded and than said "I'm fine..."

"Good."he offered you a plastic cup full of water that you gladly accepted and took a sip.

"It was a good thing the neighbors called us before that bo-"

"Alfred?Where is he? Is he okay?"

"Yes,we contacted your family and should be here soon."

"Where is he now?"

"He is being que-"

"(Y/N)!"Alfred ran up and hugged you " I'm so sorry! I will never do that again!Please forgive me!"

You patted his back "It's okay..I forgive you.."

After about 20 minutes you were allowed to leave. You didn't get questioned or anything but you thought it was due to the talk Sebastian and Rina had using their phones.

You got into the car followed by Rina. Sebastian as always was holding the door. Rika and Alfred were making their way to the door, Alfred in front looking very sad. Suddenly something pulled his sleeve, he turned around to see Rika pulling on it and looking down.

He didn't say anything just watched her.

"..Thank you..for protecting her.."she quickly let go and ran towards the car. When she ran passed him, he could see her face, Rina looked troubled and he understood why.

"You can get in now."said Sebastian and Alfred obeyed.

The next morning on the news the man they went to see was found guilty of many crimes and got locked up in jail. Meaning you can not see him again and ask any questions. Why did Alfred react like that? What did that man mean when he said ' one of those kids' ? Those are answers you can't get anymore from him.
