"I don't believe you. There's no way she has all those things, and even if she does, that doesn't change our minds about adopting her," I said angrily to the doctor. "I'm sorry but she is Calum. Why would I lie about her being schizophrenic, bulimic, bipolar and an insomniac?" He questioned me. "Because you obviously hate her. I can see it in your eyes that you hate her and in hers I can see that she's scared of you," I shoot back as soon as he asks the question.
"Whatever. Deal with the psycho bitch I don't care anymore," he responded as he shoved past me and I almost punched him in the face.
As we all walked back into Sydney's room, she stared at the door with fear in her eyes as the boys were gone from the room and the wall had a whole the size of Luke's fist in it. I'm getting the vibe they care about her to.
"Ok Sydney, I have good news," I say sitting in the chair next to her bed. "That usually means bad for me and good for you," she said back. That's sad. That must mean all the other girls came to her and done stuff that was bad for her and good for them.
"Well, it's good for you along with us!" Mali said with a big smile on her face. "We're adopting you!" My mum said before she could say anything else.
