Chapter 15

I'm nfection of Darkness chpt.15

We find Delirious on the floor laying on his side.. There's blood scattered everywhere on the bathroom floor, sprays of blood on the mirror and blood spattered all over the porcelain sink. We see the blood oozing from his mouth... It's everywhere. We rush over to him. Delirious is twitching and jolting on the floor, and his face is very pale... He's.. He's still alive barely.. Blood pools around his face on the floor as it pours out of his mouth, he starts gagging and thrashing .. he's choking on something... Vanoss  drops to his knees and picks up Delirious and holds him in his arms.
"D-DELIRIOUS?!?!" Vanoss sees that he is holding something in his hands... He quickly takes it from him.. I see the fear on Vanoss' face as he holds up the object in front of him... Pliers.. The pliers have blood all over them and bits of pinkish looking flesh stuck to the teeth of the pliers.. "OH-OH MY GOD!!" Vanoss screams, he drops the pliers and immediately he opens Delirious bloody mouth and sees nothing but thick dark blood filling his throat and mouth, pouring out over his lips. As Vanoss's fingers hold open Delirious's mouth he sees that his teeth are missing...I stare in horror as my body freezes. Delirious' body jolts and flinches constantly.. he's coughing and spluttering, he can't breathe.. Vanoss turns Delirious's head to the side to drain out the blood in his mouth, it spills out onto the floor adding more blood to the already large pool. Vanoss tilts Delirious's head up right and opens his mouth up again, he freezes as he sees what he is choking on... He sees bits of broken teeth and bone, Delirious's own teeth lodged down into his throat, cutting his throat from the inside and clogging his air way.. Vanoss acts immediately trying to get the teeth out, but their too far down his throat, it's impossible to take them out with just his fingers. Vanoss starts to shake hard as he realises that Delirious's body is shutting down.. He shakes Delirious helplessly, becoming a mess. "DELIRIOUS!! DONT YOU FUCKING DIE ON ME!!" I hear Vanoss' voice becoming horse. "PLEASE!!!!" Tears begin to well up in his eyes.. I see Delirious open his eyes and look up at Vanoss.. His eyes are filled with fear and sadness.... I slump to the floor beside them and grab Delirious's hand while Mark is frantically dialling on his phone for help. Vanoss stares at Delirious, tears already streaming down his face.. Delirious's looks at Vanoss and then to me with huge wide eyes and then gives out a gurgled sigh, his head drops down as his eyes roll to the back of his head.. His body stops moving completely and the blood in his mouth still pours down his chin.."D-DELIRIOUS!! N-NO!! NOOO!!!" Vanoss screams hugging Delirious tight. His lifeless body rocks with Vanoss's swaying. He burst into tears into Delirious's chest... It's too late..... Delirious is gone. He's dead.. I feel the tears in my eyes become full and run down my cheeks, my body starts to shake.. I stare at Vanoss and Delirious... I hear Mark drop to his knees too as his phone hits the tiles and breaks. He covers his mouth and begins to cry as well... I look over at Mark, seeing how destraught he is.. I slowly look over at the pliers that Delirious had in his hands... I see the flesh and the blood stained pliers.. I see bone and cracked teeth scattered across the floor and teeth in the sink. He must of ripped his own teeth out, then forced himself to swallow them....... H-how?.... I.. I didn't see Delirious's darkness in my dream... I didn't see any of this. I look up from the pliers and see Delirious teddy sitting on back of the the sink, its cute little bow now drenched with blood.  Vanoss lift his head up from Delirious's chest, with some of Delirious's blood on his face. He looks at us helplessly as he clutches onto Delirious's body and sobs. Mark looks up at me and with a choked voice and says "We need to get Daithi here tonight .. We can't wait any longer"
Vanoss looks up with a blood smeared and tear drenched face and says "this shit ends tonight... We are not going to die like this" he looks down at Delirious one more time and let's out a gut wrenching scream.
As I nod to the guys that I agree with them I catch a glimpse out the corner of my eye of something in the mirror. I look harder and see Delirious's darkness ... Its face smiling a hideous bloodied smile and it waves at me as if saying good bye ... As quick as it appeared it was gone.
