Whenever there is a GROUP project coming up, the teachers say that each group will need a leader
ex. A dance program for the school

I have one friend that gets always picked for dance related projects
(cough cough xkairizx cough cough) and of course, other people are irritated because they didn't get the role of being a leader
And you know what annoys me about that?

they say "GIVE US A CHANCE, THEY WERE LEADERS FOR HOW MANY TIMES" -_-

When you pick a leader, you need to pick a person that has the skills of what you are gonna do and the has the responsibility to fulfill that role. Others only pick leaders that are their best friends but doesn't have the skill and responsibility to do it. Of course xkairizx is good at dancing and it will be a right decision that she will get picked to be a leader, but I do not get picked because they know that i don't dance. But when they are group projects that involve academics (math for example) I get picked occasionaly. So it all depends on the person's skill and responsibility
