Chapter 8

Hyeri's P.O.V

So....like, whaaat?! Wtf is going on? Why does Kai and i have to be seperated? I mean, im not being jealous. I think.

Anyways, we were in the car and Krystal was driving us 'somewhere safe'. Like, why safe? Is something bad happening? I hope Kai doesnt get too shocked. We all know he cant handle it.

I looked at my older brother. He's changed a lot, appearance wise. To be quite honest, i am kind of mad at him.

Why didnt he tell me that he came back? My parents moved to America as my father had to work there. So, i was born in America. But i'm pure Korean.

Regarding our parents, it's too hurtful. Thats the reason why i moved to Korea. To start fresh. I never knew my brother came too.

-Flashback-

'Oppa! Why dont you start new with me in Korea?"

My oppa sneered, 'What good is there? Besides, why do you want to leave appa and omma.'

'I...i...i hate you! Its because father and mother care about you more than me!'

He folded his arms, 'Like?'

'Have you ever done the dishes? Have you done any chores? Who was the one that went on vacation with them while i have to stay home to clean this shithole?'

His face turned red and he looked down.

I sighed and just left. Leaving him there to think about it himself. My parents were delighted that i was leaving.

I left with no hesistation, never looking back. Then i started my new lifestyle happily. I worked as a makeup artist in a salon which was quite fancy. I was happy, never having to face my parents ever again.

-End of flashback-

The car was pure silence. Just the music that Krystal played from the radio surrounding us.

Many random thoughts in my head. For example, why do girls call older brothers 'oppa'? Personally, i dont like it. Its too girly for me. I prefer 'hyung' but my brother likes 'oppa' so i have no choice. Oh well.

About 30 minutes later, we arrived at what looks like a dorm. Im very familiar with dorms, as you know. I assume its f(x)'s dorm. Its really clean. Well, i guess girls are cleaner than boys.

We were welcomed by Amber, who was just chilling on the couch.

'Oh? Hi! Are you Krystal's friends? What a cute couple!'

Taehyung oppa rubbed the back of his neck and stammered, 'Noona, we are siblings...'

She flushed and apologised. Then it just got awkward. I have to talk privately to oppa later.

Kyungsoo's P.O.V

'Umm...Kai-yah? Sit down first.'

He sighed and sat down beside Sehun, who patted his back. He definitely looks more stressed than before.

'Hyung, just get straight to the point.'

I sat down exactly opposite of him. I sighed and explained the entire thing to him.

'So thats why you had to seperare us?'

I just nodded my head. Kai put his head between his hands.

'Hyung, what can we do? I would do anything to have Hyeri back beside me...'

'Well, lets see...'

Taehyung's P.O.V

The atmosphere between my sister and i was just plain awkward. I know perfectly the reason why. I am the apple of my parent's eyes. I was raised as a spoiled brat and my sister was treated like a maid. When she talked to me before she went, i packed my bags as well. I just never realised how bad mom and dad was.

Of course, i do feel sorry for not telling her that i've been back all this time, but...didnt she see me on the TV? Does she not know about Bangtan?

Nevermind. I'll talk to her privately later. We got out of the car and went into f(x)'s dorm.

After the slight awkwardness with Amber, Hyeri obviously looked like she wanted to talk.

I stood up from the couch and went to find Krystal, who was in the kitchen. I approached her. She jumped in surprisement. Something fishy was going on.

'Um...T-taehyung? What do you need?'

She sounded so nervous. Like she is hiding something. I dont know what is happening but i have to find out.

'Noona...is there somewhere private that i can talk to my sister about?'

Her shoulders relaxed, 'Of course, just borrow my room. Second on the left.'

'Ah, kumawo'

I went back to the living room and pulled my sister's hand.

'We need to talk.'

She was flustered and shocked but she accepted my request. I hope we can have a better relationship.
