Chapter 10

Hyeri's P.O.V

My mind wandered off during dinner. Mingyu is here, in Korea? Now? What is hw doing here? I thought he was an American wannabe? Well, i mean, his english was....not good. I mean, he could speak bits and pieces here and there...whatever.

Well, if we do meet. Fine then. It doesnt make my life any different anyways. He's training to be like oppa? What does that mean?

Krystal quickly excused herself from the table and went hurriedly into her room. Hm...wonder whats she's hiding. I dont think i should wonder though. I mean, she did save me...

Then, oppa left and there waa Amber and I. It was pretty awkward at first but then i decided to break the silence.

'So...im actually a big fan of you. You know, in f(x) and i watch you in AS4U.'

She looked up from eating with wide eyes, 'Ah..Thanks!' She said giving me an eyesmile. So cute.

Then we just continued eating. After dinner, we just kept our plates.

'Hyeri, can i ask you something?'

'Hmm?'

I turned my head to Amber and looked at her, who was standing there awkwardly.

'Well, what trouble are you in? Like, why must you hide in our dorm?'

I looked at her, dazed. She's right. What am i doing here? I dont even know the reason.

'Um....to be honest, i dunno. Im not even sure of whats going on right now...'

We both looked at each other and bursted out laughing.

'Ya, little brat. Lets go. I wanna go for a walk.'

Amber and I looked up and my brother had already put on his jacket. I didnt see Krystal so i decided not to be nosy.

I didnt hesitate at all and went to get my hoodie from the hanger. We both went out the door and went for a walk at the nearest park.

The park was not as big or famcy as some other parks, so it was expected that there was no one here, especially at this hour.

Oppa and I walked side-by-side. The silence was nice and we both had to process and take in what happened. I was guessing that he knew more than me.

'This is not just 'a walk' right? Oppa?'

'Mmm.'

He looked at me, eye-smiling. Freaking cute but i hate it at the same time. Ugh. We found a bench and sat down.

'Woahhh, bro. The stars are beautiful here~'

He just smiled.

Kai's P.O.V

'But hyung! I dont want to seperate from Hyeri! We were just having a good time before Kryst-'

'Woah, woah there. Don't blame Krystal.'

I looked straight into hyung's eyes. I felt like fire was burning me up, like i was being blamed for something i obviously did not do.

'What. Why cant i blame her? If i didnt go on that stupid date with her, i would've had a very nice day with Hyeri. I-'

Hyung crossed his arms, 'But you didnt, did you? You still went on that date. You left her at home by herself.'

I ruffled my hair. This is annoying. I dont get it. Why is he rooting for Krystal?

'Hyung? Are you sure you told me everything? Why are you defending Krystal?'

Hyung smacked his head, 'Oh right. I forgot to tell you that Krystal is on oir side, helping us.'

'What? How? Why?'

'You see, jongin, Hyeri and his brother-'

'She has a brother?!'

D.o sighed, 'Yes. Anyways, they're in Krystal's dorm. She drove them there.'

'Out of so many places in the world, why there?'

'Ummmm...cause no one will suspect?'

I relaxed. Everything is gonna be okay...i guess.

'So, is Hyeri's brother Krystal's boyfriends or something??'

Sehun spoke up, 'Ani. Hyung, the guy's in a kpop group as well...'

'Oh? Which one?'

'Bangtan. V. '

'Huh. They do somewhat look a bit similar. Just a bit.'

They both looked at me, 'Yeah...'

Then, just silence. Its been a while since i've been in the dorm. There's only me, D.o hyung and Sehun. Its quite empty.

What is Hyeri doing now? We were having an intimate conversation before...

I stood up, making the two sit up.

'I can at least call her right?'

Sehun and i look at the older one, he shrugged. Nodding.
