People whisper behind my backs now. Asking questions like:
"Is he still with Luke?"
"Maybe that's why Luke is gone because he doesn't want to see him anymore"
"Luke probably hates him"
The more I think about the more sad I become. Does Luke hate me?
I want to find out for myself.
After school I literally drag Ashton to Luke's house. He gives me a questioning face, but says nothing in the end.
Finally we reach Luke's house and I'm a shaking mess. All the questions I was going to ask him buzzed in my mind.
Can I really do this?
Can I face the guy that has ignored me but I still loved?
