The date

Tuski's pov

I looked at the card the man gave me and grabbed my phone before dialing the number and stared at the call button. I sighed and clicked it before holding the phone to my ear and listened to it ring before there was a voice on the other end.

"Hello?"

My breath hitched and I stuttered my words "H-Hello...its um...it's Tsuki...is this Shima?" I asked, feeling like and idiot. There was a chuckle on the other end before a reply "well I didn't think you'd call so soon..." He said. My face was clearly red, thank god he couldn't see it. I cleared my throat "I um...." I could hear Shima chuckling and I felt angry. He finally responded "Well kitten maybe we could meet each other this weekend?" He asked. I could feel my face heating and becoming red "I-I um...yes I'd...I love too...when and where?" I didn't know how to respond to him calling me kitten. I fiddled around with my shirt as I paced around my room. "How about tomorrow night and I'll meet you at Sakura garden around 5" I smiled softly and nodded "That sounds wonderful. I'll be there." I said before hanging up and laid on my bed. I was gonna go out on a date with a handsome business man! This was so exciting! I wonder if anyone would see me. I would get into a lot of trouble if anyone found out I was with an older guy and if they found out I was gay. I slowly got ready for bed and fell asleep.

The next morning I woke up and remembered I had a date. I smiled and picked out a cute outfit. It was a pair of shorts and a nice Rolling Stones shirt. I really loved their songs. I set the outfit aside and helped mom clean the house.

Shima's pov

I woke up the next morning and planned out the perfect date. I knew it had to be discreet. It would look bad if someone found a high schooler and a mid twenties man on a date. I planned a walk through Sakura park since it was quite dark there at night and most people didn't pay any attention to others. I didn't have a lot of casual clothing but I did my best to pick out a  button up plaid shirt and pants. I made sure I had today off so I could go out and buy groceries and maybe bring Tsuki home for dinner where they wouldn't be disturbed. I grabbed my car keys and walked out, locking the door. I headed to the grocery store and bought rice, salmon, spices, anything I could think of while I was out, wanting this to be perfect.

I bought  everything I needed and headed back to the house and cooked till about four o'clock. I made sure dinner was ready to heat up when I brought Tsuki back to my place. I quickly retouched my hair so it wasn't messy and grabbed my keys and left to head to Sakura park. I stood at the water fountain and waited, looking around for that beautiful blonde hair I saw yesterday. I loved the embarrassed expression he had on his face the moment I looked at him. He was cute and his name....man his name was cute too. I chuckled softly to myself before there was a sweet lingering voice. It was Tsuki. I looked at him and smiled "Hello Tsuki.." I grabbed his hand and kissed it softly before he pulled it away and looked down embarrassedly. I chuckled softly "I made dinner if you wanna come back to my place after this." Tsuki smiled and shyly nodded "I could go for a good meal."

We started to walk down the garden paths and I looked at the flowers. Tsuki giggled softly and I looked to see a ladybug landed on his nose. I hated bugs, no matter how small they were and froze. Tsuki looked at me and I could tell he was thinking of something evil. He took the ladybug off his nose "She's cute Shima...what are you afraid of~?" He said sweetly but I wasn't letting him near me. I backed away "Tsuki please don't come near me with that bug..." He chuckled and I looked around for a weapon but alas there were only delicate flower. He held the bug up to my face as I back against a tree and the bug started to fly. I shrieked and covered my face and then heard Tsuki laughing. I blushed and cleared my throat "I um...that was just..." I groaned "Alright I'm afraid of bugs!" Tsuki giggled and smiled at me. I was overwhelmed at how beautiful his giggle sounded.

Tsuki smiled and we sat down on a bench "so where do you work?" He asked me. I hummed "I work down at the Itsukawa building on yashiro street. I work helping plan out the company's finances." I said as it looked at him. His hair looked so silky smooth and his skin was so pale and his cheeks such a rosy red color. Tsuki smiled "wow so you must be really important!" I chuckled "not at all. I'm only a little fraction of the whole company...but it doesn't matter. So what about you? You work?" Tsuki shook his head "no I live with my mom. She works all the time. I'm trying to help out but I can't seem to find a job." He looked sad.

I smiled "well I'm sure you'll find one. Your mother must be very strong." I said "I mean she works and takes care of you." Tsuki smiled and nodded "yeah my mom's the best. I don't know what I'd do without her."

It started getting dark and I looked up "Well we should head over to my place, I made lots of food." Tsuki perked up and nodded "Let's go! I'm starving!" He said as he dragged me by my hand.
