October's Perspective

Issac was pacing around the room like a lost puppy looking for a new home while I was just lying in the bed flipping through a magazine.

" How are you doing? Any pain? Do you need anything? How much longer? Does it hurt? Are they kicking?" Issac asked me all at once. I laughed.

" I feel fine" I told him and he sat down in the chair next to the bed and put his head in his hands.

" Aren't you supposed to be screaming and hollering. Aren't the nurses supposed to be running in and out of the room checking to see if your ready to give birth?" He asked looking at me. I shook my head.

" Issac we are not in the movies" I told him while laughing. He slumped back in the chair and just stared at the ceiling. A nurse came in.

" Hi I am nurse Lylina and I am here to check how dilated you are."  I nodded and she did her thing where the sun don't shine.

" 6 your almost there sweetie" She said then disappeared.

" Omg we are going to be parents soon!" Issac said pacing back and forth in the room again. Maybe I should just have him wait outside with Stiles and just have Jazmine stay in here. speaking of Jazmine where are they? Right on cue Jazmine and Stiles bust through the door. Jazmine was crying and Stiles looked happy.

" Hey guys i am dilated 6 not to much more to go" I told Jazmine. She came over to me and hugged me. Well the best she could cuz she was starting to get huge. I wonder if I'm gonna have to have a c section or if i have to push all three of them out. I started to cry.

" What's wrong?" Issac asked rushing over to the bed side.

" Im scared what if I lose one? Will they all come out at once? Will I have a c section?" I asked more tears filling my eyes.

" Listen, October that's not going to happen the doctor's are going to make sure everything is fine." Jazmine said holding my hand. I nodded and tried to relax. I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and I screamed. A nurse came rushing in and said i was ready.

" I dont know what to do" i said panicking again.

" don't worry the doctor will tell you" The nurse reassured me.

" Can i have a girl doctor not a guy?" I asked. She nodded and a girl doctor came in.

"  Hi I am Dr. Lizzy and i will be helping deliver your baby" She said smiling. I just nodded and then the fun began. NOT.

After 13 hours of being labor all of the babies were born and they were all healthy. I ended up having 2 boys and 1 girl. Jazmine went out into the room while me and Issac were about to name the babies.

" Good job babe" Issac said kissing my sweaty head.

" Thanks " I said. He sat down on the chair and smiled at me.

" So we going to name them?" He asked.

" Yeah"  I said the nurse came in and handed two babies to me and then 1 to Issac.

" You have an hour and then we have to bring them back and then we have to show you how to feed them and all of that. Then you get to take them home tomorrow if everything looks good" She said and walked out. Issac was holding the girl and she was holding on to his index finger with her whole little hand. I looked down at the two boys they were so cute. The oldest boy looked like me and Derek mixed. then the second boy looked more like Derek and the girl looked like me she had bright blue eyes. " So what should we name the girl?" Issac asked.

" Uhm you pick" I told him.

" Ok how about Abby Morgan Gerken." Issac said smiling.

" No they are going to have Gerken-Lahey as their last name" I told him. his smile grew even wider.

" Now what about the two boys?" Issac asked .

" Well for the oldest Corey Colin Gerken-Lahey" I said kissing the top of Corey's head.

" I love it and then Peyton Javen Gerken-Lahey for the second boy? He asked me.

" I love it" I said kissing the top of Peyton's head. We switched babies and i held Abby while Issac held Corey and Peyton. The nurse came in and took the babies. A few hours later Issac fell asleep and the nurse came in. I learned how to feed the babies and then she taught me everything i need to know about them.

The Next Day

Today is the day I get to go home with the babies!!!!
