The leaves rustled on nearby trees. Mistystar felt a warm breeze ruffle her fur. She sneaked behind a huge oak in the forest. She was going to meet up with Breezefeather. She thought about what had happened yesterday, and she felt pity for the young kit that had been clawed deeply. She couldn't walk, and Mistystar wondered if Cloudkit would ever forgive Shadowkit. She looked up when she saw the leaves rustle; seeing the shape of a young and pretty blue she-cat. "Mistystar," Breezefeather began, "I-I had a dream about Shadowkit." She told her. "What did it say?" Mistystar asked. "Well..." Breezefeather hesitated for a moment, shutting her eyes. "We have to get rid of her!" She muttered with a soft voice. "There's a prophecy, stating that she could to great danger to the clan, or she could save all the clans with the two." Breezefeather explained quickly.
"Woah, woah, but who are the two?" Mistystar asked. Breezefeather hesitated again.
"I don't know. I saw a figure of a white she-cat, and a figure of a black tom." She explained. Mistystar wondered who the cats were. "But then why do we have to get rid of her?" She asked. "I'm not sure, I just feel like we shouldn't risk great danger to the clan. What if she is the end of our clans?" Breezefeather new she didn't really want to get rid of her, but she wanted to protect her clan.
Shadowkit was sleeping in the den. She felt Cloudkit prod her side. "Shadowkit! Shadowkit! Wake up! It's our apprentice ceremony!" Cloudkit said, cheerfully.
"The ceremony!" Shadowkit reminded herself. She ran up to the highrock. "Two very specail kit's are going to get their apprentice names today." Mistystar smiled. "Cloudkit and Shadowkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Cloudpaw and Shadowpaw. Cloudpaw, Your mentor will be Redeye. I hope Redeye will pass down all he knows on to you. Shadowpaw, your mentor will be-"
"Suddenly, a black cat came in. "Wait!" They said. "Sorry, for the inturruption. My name is Echoshadow, and I wish to be this cat's mentor." She barged in.
"We don't know you. Are you a rogue?" Asked Mistystar.
"I guess you could say that. I'm not a threat, though. All I ask is to mentor this cat." Echoshadow replied.
"But-" Mistystar tried to protest, but Echoshadow inturrupted. "No, do not protest again. Let me be the mentor." She hissed. Mistystar sighed. "If you wish, I shall give you the chance. If anything goes wrong between you two, I shall keep you from the clan forever."
Redeye didn't seem pleased.

"Shadowpaw, your mentor will be Echoshadow. I hope Echoshadow will pass down all she knows on to you." Mistystar concluded the ceremony.
