"She said what?!" Nick whisper yells. If you could even call it that since I'm sure that Danielle is starting to stir in her sleep. After Nick and his friend came to pick me and the very drunk and very passed out Danielle from the park, I told Nick about what happened. I'm so glad I told my mom I was going to stay over at Nick's house I wasn't in any trouble with anyone from staying out until about 3 am. I'm hoping my family wasn't still up waiting to see what time I came in. That would mean that my room would become my best friend for a VERY long time.

I roll my eyes. "I SAID, that Danielle said that she's jealous of me." Come on now Nick, this isn't rocket science.

"Why would she be jealous of you?"

"Hey!" I yell then punch him in the arm.

"Gees, OW Lea!"

"Serves you right you jerk!" I really hope that leaves a mark.

"What did I do?" He did not just seriously ask me that question.

"It's what you said. "Why would Danielle be jealous of you?" Of course, I questioned it myself but it doesn't me you get to be the clueless one too. I bet anyone would love to be me."

"I wouldn't....OW! STOP PUNCHING ME!" Nick whisper yells.

"You don't wish to be me? I don't know whether to be insulted or not."

"Dude, you're a girl. Have you seen yourself when you're on your period?"

"What do you mean Nick? Don't be ridiculous. No one can tell when I'm on my period. That's also a very rude thing to say."

"Oh no. Of course, no one can tell when you're on your period. The constant random and extremely weird and sometimes gross food cravings, the terrifying fast mood swings, the never ending moving around in your chair when it's your first day. Oh no, NO ONE would ever be able to tell that you're on your period."

"Oh shut up. I can have weird food cravings when I'm not on my period you know. Wait...what were we just talking about?" I ask. That's me. Always being so easily distracted.

"Danielle and her jealousy." He answers.

"Oh that's right. I knew that. I was just making sure you were paying attention."

"Yeah, right. That's what you were doing." He sarcastically replies.

"You know, Nick, your sarcasm is not appreciated."

"But you're sarcastic ALL THE TIME! You know what? Fine. Sorry. Now back to Danielle. Should you wake her up and ask her about it?"

"Nick, Danielle was drunk out of her mind, it's such a shame. I really liked that Danielle, which I will probably never see again so maybe we should just drop it." Nick laughs, and laughs, and laughs some more.

"Are you finished now?" I ask.

"You...just drop a subject?!" He starts laughing again. So I wait, and wait, and wait some more.

"LET ME TALK NOW!" I whisper yell. I don't want to wake The Queen of Moodiness just yet.

"No, but seriously, Lea. You're too curious to let that one slide. I swear you're like a cat. Minus the nine lives, God help us all if you had nine lives." I glare at him.

"Hardy har har. Very funny Nick. Though I must remind you of one little thing which you've known about since I met you. I HATE CATS. You're just trying to annoy me now aren't you?'

'Yeah, pretty much. Anyway, it looks like Danielle is waking up, so I'll let you two have some one on one girl talk." I jump up and latch onto his arm.
