Chapter- 4

"Billee. Billee. Billee. BILLEE WAKE UP!!" Rings an irritating voice that can only be Courtney's. "What time is it?" I say rolling over and half asleep. "10 o'clock." says an un-bothered Courtney. "And we all have a very special day planed for you!" says and enthusiastic Moni. I begin to sit up. I spot all my friends sitting around my bed, their faces filled with anticipation

"What are you doing with me? ARE WE GOING ON AN ADVENTURE?!" I ask and scream at the same time. " You know how your birthday is in just under a week?" says a ridiculously, obvious Phoebe. I roll my eyes and my head with it. "Yeah, well, still. We asked your Dad last night and he says it's ok if we help you plan your party." They all begin to jump up and down and scream. I smile and ask "Does James know? Is he involved?" "Yes I am comes a voice from the window. "WILL YOU STOP DOING THAT!" we all scream. He lets himself in.

"Ok so what’s happening?" I ask. They all look at me stumped. "Billee. That's meant to be your part. You pick the theme and the main concepts." says Brianna as if it is the most obvious thing ever. "Ok well I know it's real cheesy but I've always wanted a masquerade ball themed party." They all shake their heads "Whatever you want it will be done." says a happy Alex in a deep posh voice. "Can we have breakfast first, I'm really hungry?" They all nod. "meet back here in 10 minutes. We nod and all head back down to the kitchen.

"Well saying meet back there in 10, was absolutely pointless." It's true.

We grab a wide variety of cereals each 1 of us different. We eat and it only takes 7 minutes before we are all done. "Back to the bedroom!" Courtney says marching into the wall. "Ok, people have to stop putting walls everywhere!" she says with seriousness in her voice.

When we reach back upstairs we all sit on our bed (except James who is forced to sit on the floor). "Ok Billee. Speak to us. We want colours, guests, places, decorations. Anything you need to say, say it!" announces Arwen. I think for a moment and the I say "Paper, pen. I will right everything on it that needs to be known. Then we will split up and do what needs to be done. Ok" they nods as I am handed a note pad.

I come up with another list.

Colours- Black, White and Blue

Decorations- Anything with colour scheme

Guests- I will write a list (Otherwise too long)

Place- Pack house hall

Music- Any arrangement NO 1D OR JUSTIN BEIBER

Invitations- Must have a mask and matching colour scheme

Food- Anything

Cake- Matches colour scheme

They all nod after reading the list and writing who is in charge of what.

Cake- Matches colour scheme- Phoebe

“It’s gunna be awesome!” I say, everyone agrees. They smile and we head off to do pointless crap for the rest of the day.

Over the week we slowly piece things together. The decorations are bought, guest list made up, invitations handed out, food slowly made and a music list is slowly compiled together. It took a week but it happened.
