As she captured the moment now,
It's hers, in her hands,
Wrapped around her finger with a bow,
Happily her heart stands,

She would keep it safe and secure,
Where no one is allowed to touch,
Such love, natural and pure,
It's ao tender, tender much,

The little bird touched her heart,
As it flew from tree to tree,
Quickly like a dart,
Come here little birdy,

And so she began to feel it all,
To feel such love and hope,
The bird touched her soul,
Her soul was tied with a rope,

Untie my heart with little love,
Bring my soul to life,
Bring it back, little dove,
Untie the rope, even with a knife,

Little birdy come and save,
Take my soul from its cave,
Little birdy come and see,
See whatever's good in me.
