Chapter 27

Georgia's POV:
I sit in the doorway, waiting for Brantley, when he and an unfamiliar car pulls up. The woman steps out of the car and walks over to Brantley and kisses him. My jaw drops. What??
"Hey baby. I've missed you so much!" The woman says to Brantley, kissing him again. He's not even pushing her away..."Baby, I've missed you, why don't we go have some fun in your bedroom?" I hear the woman say seductively to Brantley. I watch them as the woman straddles Brantley's lap. Tears run down my cheeks as I realize that I should do something.

Brantley's POV:
Shocked. That's all I can say when I see Jana. She kisses me and I just sit there.
"Hey baby. I've missed you so much Jana tells me, kissing me again. I let her kiss me and I end up kissing her back. She presses herself up against me. "Baby, I've missed you, why don't we go have some fun in your bedroom?" I almost nod yes at hearing Jana's seductive voice. She straddles me, and I almost give in.
"Brantley!! What the fuck?!" I hear Georgia yell. Oh fuck. I push Jana away without hurting her. I hear Georgia's voice get quieter. "Brantley...who is she?" I look at her and see tears streaming down her face.
"Georgia, baby, it's not what it looks like. I promise. I had no idea. I'm sor-." I get cut off.
"It's not what it looked like?!?! What was it then Brantley? She was kissing you, and you kissed her back. You didn't push her away. You didn't even try to, before I intervened."
"Baby, I would never do anything to hurt you. I promise. I didn't know that Jana was coming. Please ba-."
"To late Brantley, you've already hurt me. I thought that you loved me." I watch as Georgia wipes tears away. "You know what, I'm leaving. Have fun Brantley. We're over!"
"Wait! Don't go baby, please." I say.

Georgia POV:
I get into my truck, thank god I left my keys in the ignition. I turn around in the driveway and leave. I go to the first place I think of. Mama's. I pull up to her house and park beside Kolby's truck when Mama comes to my truck. I get out and hug her, sobbing.
"Oh sweetheart, what's wrong?" Mama asks.
"What did my idiot of brother do??" Kolby asks, walking over.
"B-Brantley c-cheated." I say and start sobbing all over again. "H-he let her k-kiss him. I never pushed h-her away.."
"Who is the other girl sweetheart?"
"S-Some Jana girl." I say, starting to calm down a little.

Brantley's POV:
"Look what you've done now Jana! I was finally happy and you had to fuckin' ruin it!" I yell.
"I'm sorry baby. She doesn't deserve you like I do anyway."
"Jana, you don't get it. I love Georgia, I was going to ask her to marry me tonight and now she's ended it with me. All because of you!"
"Wait...you were going to ask her to marry you?? Oh no....I'm sorry Brantley....I really have wrecked things for you...you know what. I'll leave. Go after her Brantley. If she really means that much to you go after her." I watch Jana leave, not saying a word to her. I pull out my phone and text Kolby.

Convo: B=Brantley ; K=Kolby
B: Hey bro, is Georgia over at the house with you and mama??
K: What's it to you? She doesn't want to see you Brantley.
B: I don't care. I'm coming over and I'm going to see her. I'll be there in 10 minutes.
K: Brantley, she doesn't want to see you. You hurt her. You cheated on her with that Jana bitch. What the hell is wrong with you?
B: I'm still coming. I didn't know that Jana was coming okay? I haven't seen Jana or talked to her in a year now.

I put away my phone before Kolby answers and get in my truck. I head to mama's and pull into her driveway a few minutes later, parking beside Georgia's truck.

Georgia POV:
"I don't want to see him. I don't want to talk to him" I say when Brantley walks in.
"Baby, please. Please, listen to what I have to say." Brantley pleads.
"No, you listen. You hurt me, when you told me that you wouldn't hurt. Why Brantley?"
"I don't know why it happened. I was shocked. I didn't know that she was going to do that. I haven't seen seen or talked to Jana for a year. Please baby. I want us. I love you so much babe. I would never do anything to hurt you. Please baby, don't end us. I love you, I want to be here when our child is born. Please baby, take me back?"
"Brantley....I don't know okay? Please, just give me time to think about it. If I do say yes, that doesn't mean that your completely forgiven. In the mean time, I'm packing a bag and stay at my dad's house." I say and give Brantley a sad smile. "I'll see you later...maybe."
