As you sluggishly rolled out of bed you groaned out of exhaustion. You shuffled to the bathroom and sighed as you looked at the vanity mirror.
With hopes of waking yourself up you splashed cool water on your face. You instantly became more alert. You took a couple of deep breaths and grabbed your toothbrush. You squeezed the tube of toothpaste and sat it down.
You began to brush your teeth diligently. The house phone rang causing you to halt your actions. You jumped and quickly ran back to your bedroom with the toothbrush still in your mouth.
"Hello." You answered the phone with a lack of coherency in your voice. "Hey, Alex." Taehyung spoke through the phone.
You cheeks automatically reddened with embarrassment. You took the toothbrush out of your mouth swiftly and began to talk. "Oh, what's up Taehyung?" You waited for him to respond.
"Well I was wondering if I can come over." He asked. "We haven't hung out in a while." He continued with his reasoning.
"Um-" you started to speak and incomplete thought. "I'll bring your favorite coffee." He said while he changed the pitch of his voice.
"Okay, okay." You giggled as you heard him chuckled through the phone.
"Thanks be there in 15." He said just before he hung up.
Your eyes widened as you realized what he said. You had 15 minutes to make yourself look presentable.
You ran to your closet and grabbed your favorite pair of black jeans, instinctively.
You threw on the nearest clean clothes that matched. When you were fully dressed you paced back and forth. You let nervousness shield your true being.
There were three knocks at the door that indicated Taehyung's arrival. Your cheeks turned red and you shuffled to the door in your slippers.
You opened the door to see Taehyung holding two cups of coffee. He had a wide smile plastered on his face. "Hey beautiful." He said as you studied his features. You immediately blushed while summoning him in.
He walked in and sat the coffee on your countertop. He came forward to embrace you. He carressed your back as you wrapped your arms around his neck. "I missed you." His deep voice caused your heart to skip a beat.
You allowed his lips you touch your cheek as he spoke. He let you go so that he could see your face. He giggled as he cupped your cheek. You tried your best not to impulsively react. You bit your lip in attempt to resist.
"Um so how about that coffee huh?" You dashed towards the table and picked up a cup. You heard him chuckle from behind you. "Come here." You heard him say sternly as you clutched the cup. You turned around and stayed put.
He grinned as you looked him up and down nervously. He walked toward you and sat you on the table. He began to attack your neck with kisses.
You closed your eyes and inhaled deeply. He kissed your lips determinedly. Running his free hand through your hair. "I really missed you." He said before placing rough kisses to your cheek.
