"Yes m'lady?" Sebastian asked after he knocked on the door. I rang for him when I woke up. "Sebastian? Can you come in?" I asked and sat up in bed. The door slowly opened and revealed my demon butler. I smiled and his eyes went wide knowing something was up.

"I'm so sorry, I can't believe that I chose Claude over you. I feel so bad." I said to him and only smiled. "I know now. I'm all better now." I told him with a smile. "Is she up?" I heard a voice from the hallway. "Yes master. She has woken up." Sebastian responded and let him in. It was just Ciel. "Ciel, good morning." I said with a bow of my head. "How are you feeling?" He asked me. "Much better than before, I gained my memory back. I can remember." I spoke.

"Sebastian, will you go get Y/N's father? He will want to see her." He ordered Sebastian. "Yes my lord." He bowed and exited the room. "I'm terribly sorry for what happened to you. We have been guarding the estate more frequently in case of another attack. I never liked the Trancy's." He muttered. "Is my daughter awake?" I heard a voice walking through the door.

"Dad?" I questioned. He smiled as he turned to see me. "Good morning. I assume the shots worked?" He asked. "They worked wonders." I told him. "That's wonderful! I'm so glad they worked." He was so happy to see me remember. "Dad, what should I do about work? Hasn't it been a while since I was there?" I asked him. "Don't worry about that, it's been taken care of." He smiled to me once again.

Mey-Rin dressed me up today but spared me my corset. Funny walked around the garden with me and Sebastian made dinner.

I really wanted to speak with Sebastian about what happened before I was taken, when we fought. He seemed to be avoiding me and making excuses like he had to go check the wine in the kitchen when I know for a fact they keep all the wine in the cellar.

During dinner Sebastian introduced the foods and then excused himself from the room. I didn't dare question him or Ciel but it hurt knowing he didn't want to speak with me. I'll just have to go to his quarters later tonight.

After dinner Ciel escorted me to my room and wished me a goodnight. Met-Rin drew me a bath and left me to get ready after I dismissed her for the night.

*knock knock*
"Come in." He spoke most likely expecting Finny. I slowly opened the door and walked into his room. "Y/N." He breathed. I cast my eyes down and walked to the chair beside the window. I sat and found my composure.

"Sebastian. Why have you been so distant?" I whispered loud enough for him to hear. He wasn't answering so I looked up at him. He was standing a good seven feet from me. He was looking out the window instead of at me.

"When you were gone, I looked out this window and to the moon and stars knowing you were looking at the same ones. That was the only way I could feel close to you. The Lord and I tried to rescue you countless times but each time there was a new obstacle, much more difficult than the last. I was loosing hope and so was the young master. Eventually I started to feel as if you were never real and I had imagined you this whole time. I was for the first time in my life miserable." He said and still looked at the moon. I was looking at the sky as well and let his words sink in.

"But I'm here now, why do you choose to ignore me?" I questioned him.

"It was and is a little much to handle. To see you not remember me or what we had, it made me want to believe whatever we did wasn't real. All those memories we have together weren't real. I don't know why I would think that ignoring you would make things better. I could see the look in your eyes of betrayal. It is still difficult for me. I knew you would come here tonight so I knew you would ask most of what I expected. You wish to talk about before, correct?" He asked me. "Yes, that is what I came here for." I told him. "You know that reapers and demons are sworn enemies. They could never be alike." He said and slowly started coming closer.

"I know that. William talks about how vile demons are every time I see him. But he knows what we have, he doesn't expect for me to give that up. He may try to stop us subtly but he would never go past his limits. I've told him before that there is no stopping me and he knows it. I was going to tell you that before everything happened. I wanted to talk to you but I never got the chance." I told him. He stopped in front of me. I looked up at him and saw his eyes were the demonic pink they naturally become.

I stood up and took his hands in mine. "Why would you want to be with me? You could be with anyone you wish and yet you choose me. Don't I scare you?" He asked me. I shook my head no.

"There isn't anyone else I would want to be with." I said and placed my head on his chest. He sighed in defeat and slowly wrapped his arms around my torso. He relaxed and we stood there for what seemed like all night.
