Dressed in your most presentable dress you walked the streets of London in search of the Undertaker. Finally you came across a dark grey building with big white letters that spelt 'The Undertaker'. You dusted off your dress and fixed your hair then walked into the shop. It was dark and smelt horrible but you proceeded through the door. "Hello?" you called out dodging around the coffins placed messily around the shop. Suddenly a coffin opened slowly, "Hello deary, such a fine young creature you are. Tell me, what brings you here?" the person hiding in the shadows asked. You took a big shaky breathe as the figure circled around you slowly coming closer. "I-I am here t-to ask about the apprentice job. Is it still open?" You asked. You suddenly felt a long, creepy fingernail slid across my cheek as the figure stopped in front of my face. "The position is still open my dear, would you like to be my apprentice?" He asked. You slowly nodded your head. You could see the creepy grin spread across his face. Suddenly you were second guessing your choice to leave your master and come here. You swallowed down the big lump in your throat that formed from your nervousness. "When can I start?" You asked. "Right now, if you would like." He said. "Let me show you to your room then we can come have some tea whilst you tell me about your beautiful self." You nodded your head again. He took your small luggage and a lantern. He took you behind a curtain that was by the counter in the shop and then you were in the house part of the shop. He walked up a flight of stairs as you still followed him. He opened a door that was up there and walked into it. "This is your room. You may decorate how you want, just don't go tearing the walls down." You nodded. Looking around the room you noticed the bed, window, vanity, and closet. This was much bigger an nicer than any room you have lived in. You smiled. "Thank you very much." The Undertaker smiled back then beckoned you to follow him back downstairs. He showed you around the little house. There was a messy kitchen with a messy table, a couple of random sitting chairs, and a bathroom. It was pretty decent, other then the monster of a kitchen that you will have to clean. The Undertaker set you down in one of the random chairs and told you to wait. He walked into the kitchen and then emerged 10 minutes later with a tray of tea and dog biscuits? Strange. He poured me a cup of tea and sat down at a chair across from me. "So, first off, do you have any family?" He asked. You could actually see what he looked like now with the light hitting him. He has long silver hair with bangs that covered his eyes. He also has a long scar across his face. He wears a big black robe that hangs off his arms and a big black droopy hat. "Well my name is Y/N and when I was little my family thought I was a disgrace because of my abnormally colored hair, so they sold me to the black market when I was ten years old. I have been passed from master to master since then and am now seventeen. I have never had contact with my family since." You told him. "Oh, I'm so sorry deary. Such a beautiful specimen had to go through all that trouble by herself." He said. You shrugged and continued sipping your tea. "So what made you want to become my apprentice?" He asked, slightly tilting his head to the side as he waited for an answer. "Well, I saw your post at the post office and decided that I wanted a fresh start. That same day I went home to my master and told him I was quitting. To my surprise he let me go." You said with a slight smile. "Well I am glad to have you here and out of that mess." He said. You nodded your head, glad be out if it as well. "Well it is getting late and we have a big day tomorrow! I'm gonna teach ya how to dress a dead body! It's going to be so much fun!" He said with enthusiasm. I giggled at his weirdness. "Thank you again Undertaker." I said standing up from my chair. "But, before you go to bed, I have one rule, while living in this house you must call me dad." he said with a smile. "Of course father." You smiled back. "Good, now goodnight, see you tomorrow." He said disappearing into the shop. You smiled as you walked up the stairs to your room. You thought about what the Undertaker said and smiled bigger. You thought about how different it will be here, and you liked it.
