Pauline is up there, trapped by an ape,
Wondering if she'll survive.
Well, she needn't sweat her little nape
For Jumpman will surely soon arrive.
Jumpman leaps over every barrel
As he makes his way toward his fair maiden.
Donkey Kong would be in peril
But by his side many barrels are laden.
He uses them to his advantage
To stop Jumpman from reaching his goal;
Little does he know Jumpman shall not be damaged
'Til he reaches his matching soul.
Jumpman has made it to the top.
He's loosened the structure's yellow supports.
He watches as Donkey Kong drops
And then the player beats his old high score.
