Chapter 5

It's been about five days since I pranked them and if you're wondering I disspelled the spell after half a day... I would have died of laughter had I not. Anyways they are still rather pissed with me.. especially Angel..
It was fun but now I regret it.. they are doing all they can to make this hell for me and not go back to jail... in other words they have broken almost all of my plates and glasses, bent all my cutlery and even set fire to my kitchen... I still have to tell the council about the last one so I can get extra money to fix it... though I think I'll say it happened while I was trying to teach them to cook, that way my little group won't get in trouble.
"Guys I'm going to the council!!!" I yelled from the front door. Just as I was opening it two hands belonging to different people slammed it shut and three sets of arms holding me still, confused I look to the people holding the door shut to find Hoteye and Racer then to the ones holding me still to find Angel, Midnight and Cobra.
"What are you guys doing???" I asked alarmed.
"Please don't send us back" Angel said while crying
"I wasn't even thinking about doing that. Why would you think I'd send you back to jail?" I ask wondering why they thought that I'd send them back but when I thought about it they had been complete asses since I pranked them...
"Ohh~ I see! You thought I was gonna send ya back cause how you've been acting lately! No no I'm going to get to repair the kitchen! I mean I really should have thought before pranking ex-criminals! So this is on me" I explained as they all stepped back to stand in front of me.
"What exactly will you tell them?" Asked Midnight.
"I'll say I was trying to teach you to cook and a small argument started about what ingredients to use..." I said looking at them.

Time skip

After I explained everything to the group and went to the council I got $300 to replace everything. Suddenly there was a knock at the door.
"I wonder who it is.." I walked to the door and opened it to see Wendy.
"Oh Wendy! Come in!" I say gesturing inside
"O-ok Lucy-san.." She said nervously, I don't blame her for being nervous.
"Ok 1. how many times must i tell you to call me either Luce ,Lu-chan or just Lucy and 2. don't be so nervous, they won't hurt you" I said walking to the kitchen with Wendy following.
"Guys we have a guest say 'hi'" I said walking into the kitchen with Wendy holding my sleeve tightly and hiding behind me a little.
Chuckling I pushed her in front of me gently so she could be seen.
"Ok guys take a brake I'll make some tea and sandwiches then you can have some me time to do what you want then we are all going for a walk since you five haven't been outside since you got here some me we'll go to the park, you can join us too Wendy if you'd like" I said while I was getting everything ready to make sandwiches and flicked the jug on to heat the water for the tea.
"What does everyone want on their sandwiches and what type of tea?" I asked while looking into the sitting room.
Angel stood up and walked over "I'll help you" She said and I walked back into the kitchen with Angel.
I pulled out all the types of tea I had which is- Earl Grey, Green tea, Oolong tea, White tea, Black tea, Jasmine tea, Herbal tea, Honey tea and Honey Nut tea. Oh! And Peppermint tea as well.
"Oh! Just in case *Pulls out some coffee* do any of them drink coffee?"
"Racer drinks coffee" Angel said.
"Ok. Wendy what would you like? " I asked looking at her, she was looking around the kitchen kinda worried "Oh don't worry about this it was just cooking lessons gone bad" I said to her.
"Oh ok. Um.. can i have Jasmine tea and strawberry jam on my sandwich please Lucy" Wendy said politely
"Coming right up" I say in a joking way.
I look at Angel to see she looked a little guilty "are you ok Angel?" I asked a little worried.
"Oh um.. it's nothing.." She said
"Obviously it's not nothing.. you can tell us we won't judge, right Wendy?" I said looking at Wendy who nodded then looked at Angel and smiled softly "we're your friends, so you can tell us anything"
"I just.. feel really.. bad.. about attacking you all those years ago.. and for abducting Wendy and making her bring Jellal back to life.. we all feel really bad about what we've done, im the only one brave enough to admit it though.. the others.. they suffer on their own and won't open up about it.. i want to help their but.. they shut me out.. you need to help them.. if you don't they could turn evil again.. Hoteye is fine he admitted it along time ago and Racer is close to admitting it but the other two..they are so close to becoming evil again and it scares me.. I.. i care about them too much too see that happen.. they are like family" Angel explained stuttering a lot and in tears at the end.
Walking over I hugged her and promised I wouldn't let them become evil again.
After that we made the food and drinks and took the boys stuff out to them then came back to the kitchen.
"I have an idea!" I said suddenly, startling the two girls "Oh sorry. But what if when we go on our walk me and Angel go buy a surprise? If so Wendy will you be ok to stay with them? If you do just stay closer to Hoteye ok" I said, Wendy Nods.
"Ok we'll go after everyone is done. Oh I almost forgot! Why are you here Wend? Not that I don't mind the company but you were the last person I was expecting to visit."
"Oh right. Master sent me to do a check up and make sure you were ok, then just as I was leaving a mesanger for the council came to me saying to do a health check on your guests. Also I have a message from then guild. They miss you espically Levy and they all wish you luck though the rest of team Natsu were really mad that you agreed to do this mission" Wendy said.
"Ok so we will do the check ups after they eat then go for our walk" I said finishing my sandwich and putting my plate in the sink to clean later, that started sipping my Earl Grey "Oh also Wendy can you make sure the next person that comes over brings me one of Mira's strawberry smoothies? I'm dying for one.." I say looking at her, she giggles "of course Lu-chan!" I notice all our cups are empty.
"Ok Wendy, can you do Angels check up now? Also can you do a check up on me? I wanna make sure I am healthy as well" I say looking down sheepishly because I didn't check before they came to my house.

Fast forward to after check ups

We all checked out fine and are now going on our walk.
While walking Angel, Wendy and I all talked about anything. We got to the park and sat down to rest but then Angel and I needed to 'use the restroom'... Heheh. We walked to where the restrooms were but then kept walking. After walking for a bit we reached the pet store. Upon walking in we could hear lots of different animals like cats, dogs and birds, there were also animals like snakes, magic tigers that can be whatever size you want and there were even bats! After looking around we found a black bat with white patches on it for Midnight, a pure white raven for Angel that looks like it glows when in the sun, for Racer we got a magically enhanced cheetah so it can keep up with him, for Hoteye we got him a talking cat (no not an exceed it is a normal cat that talks), for Cobra we got well.. a snake that changes color depending on the owners mood and while we were there I got one of the Tigers because they are very loyal. We were walking to the counter when I heard loud whimpering so I went to check it out and saw a husky pup. It looked really sad.. I couldn't just leave it here.. I decided to get it for everyone to look after and care for. After purchasing the animals and things they need I summond Virgo and asked her to take it all to my place.
After all that we went back to the park and told the others we should head back to the house.
