Empty Dreams

My life is so depressed

My life is such a mess

I have this empty feeling,

deep inside my chest.

I don't know how it got there,

it must of just sunk in.

Tears are pouring down my face

for no reason again.

My breath is getting short,

this pressure on my lungs.

Its swallowing everything I got

before it even comes.

I try to scream my loudest,

but I end up always crying.

Whats the point in living

when inside your always dying?

I want someone to love me,

I wish someone would care,

but every time i look

I end up in nowhere.

This silent is so still

My ears can't hear a thing

The souls the only thing that's left,

filled with empty dreams.

My hope is just a shatter,

Nothing but a laughter

I'm an empty soul,

headed for disaster

I sit with this blank stare

writing this to you.

Because it made me feel like

I was listened to.
