"Okay, ground rules." Jin said as they shut off the car in the store parking lot.

"No running off, you have to stay with us." Namjoon stated, Hyun nodded eagerly. She just wanted to buy toys. She listened to her fathers' rules before being unstrapped from her car seat.

"Hold someone's hand please." Jin said, Hyun opted for both parents hands.

The moment they entered the store, Hyun's eyes lit up like it was Christmas morning.

"This place is amazing!" Hyun yelled, jumping up and down in excitement of all the toys and gadgets surrounding her.

"Remember the rules, Hyun. Please don't run off even though this store may be fun." Jin reminded her.

"I won't. I'll be good."

"Yeah, that's how you get Daddy to buy you things." Namjoon whispered to his daughter.

"Namjoon, you are not teaching our daughter how to play her parents." Jin whipped around with a halt, scaring both his boyfriend and his daughter.

"I would never babe." Namjoon smiled widely. He held Jin's hand tightly, continuing them onto their day's adventure.

"What is one toy you've always wanted?" Namjoon asked as Hyun carefully inspected everything they walked past.

"A baby."

"A baby? Aren't you a little young for that?" Namjoon laughed, earning a smack on the arm from Jin.

"What kind of baby?" Jin asked, looking around the aisles for the baby dolls.

"One that I can feed and it cries!" Hyun smiled.

"Oh joy." Namjoon said softly, "It'll be like having two kids."

"This one!" Hyun's eyes lit up at a doll wrapped in a pink container. Jin nodded and without hesitation she pulled it off the shelf.

"But you know, she needs clothes." Jin smiled before he was yanked into the next section where Hyun debated whether to get the sailor outfit or the evening wear outfit.

"Why not both?" Namjoon suggested. Hyun looked like she was about to burst in excitement.

"You're the best dads in the whole wide world!" She cheered, which in the end got her another outfit for the doll.

She selected a few other toys, her parents being overly generous and spoiling their only child slightly but she deserved it. She'd never had this many toys before.

After an hour of debates over which accessories to get or which dollhouse had the most rooms, they checked out and stored their new items in the car before heading to another store on the same strip for paint and room items. Hyun insisted she take her new baby so 'she could get her first taste of the world'. Thankfully the doll had yet to see batteries.

Hyun picked a light shade of pink for her walls. Her bedding was flowered with pink and purple and matched a floor rug that she just had to have. To finish it off she picked out big butterfly decals to stick on her soon to be painted walls.

She thanked her parents a hundred times in the car for how fun their day had been and for all of her new things. Namjoon pulled off the highway and stopped at a fast food restaurant not too far away from their home. Hyun could've spent the rest of the day playing in the indoor playground.

When they returned home, Hyun was beginning to drift off in her car seat.

"Hyun." Jin said softly, "We're home."

She looked at her surroundings slightly confused before her smile returned and she bounced in excitement to put all her new toys in her room.

Three trips later, Namjoon and Jin collapsed on the couch. Shopping with a four year old was a lot.

"It's not naptime!" Hyun jumped onto Namjoon's lap, "There's so many things to play!"

"Come on, Daddy! Play with me!" Hyun pulled on Jin's arm. He couldn't say no to her calling him Daddy, it was just so cute.

They unwrapped all the toys and set up her new bedding, which lead to Hyun jumping on her bed and Jin almost having a heart attack.

"She's a kid, let her have some fun." Namjoon rubbed a calming hand on Jin's lower back.

"But what if she gets hurt?"

"We all got hurt when we were young, it happens."

"I never did." Jin protested.

"I did and I'm still here to tell you."

"Perfect example of why not to hurt yourself." Jin laughed.

"You're so mean to me." Namjoon pouted.

"Love you."

"Mhmm sure you do."
