We had finally reached the summit and we were only two yards away from the top. We caught our breath when we reached the top.
"I see Silver Town," Winston pointed out
I looked on the horizon and saw the little town.We trekked down which was a little easier than the way up .By the time we reached the bottom the sky became dark. We were almost to Silver Town. We took a rest a few feet away from the mountain and set up camp. I had no dreams last night but when I woke up I heard the same whispery voice that was there a few days ago.
Someone that you haven't seen will be in this town
And don't turn her down
For she is in danger you see
All she needs is for you to set her free
I didn't argue this time and I gathered our things. Winston finally woke up as I was skinning the two rabbits I caught earlier.
"Dang It, I overslept again!" He said when he saw me skinning the last rabbit
"It's ok you were really tired when we got of the mountains,"
" Ok well should we start of to Silver Town,"
"Yeah sure,"
It only took us thirty minutes to get into town and right when we walked through those gates we knew there was trouble. There was a saloon and I was really thirsty and so was Winston so we walked in to buy a mug of cider. There was a girl in a scarlet hood sitting at a table drinking a mug of cider. We bought our two mugs and sat at the table across from her. A big burly man walked over to her table,
"Where is my money?" he asked
" Almost have it Luke," she replied calmly
"I want my money back now!"
"Just be patient,"
"That's it I should have killed you long ago now I am going to finish my job!"
Clank!
She drew out a crested sword and it collided with the thin iron sword of the man. I was amazed by her quick reaction. Any move he made to hit her she blocked it. She swiped her sword swiftly across his face and drew first blood. The wound just looked like a large paper cut and wasn't too deep but he got mad. She got too cocky and walked away like nothing happened and the man delivered a punch on the back of her head. She became unconscious . He lifted his sword to deliver a blow on her neck. I blocked it and tranquilized him. I grabbed the girl and we walked out like we just drank cider and left. And no one followed or got out of the bar. Mostly because it had started to snow but I didn't mind.I just focused on finding shelter and helping the girl become conscious again.
