Chapter 7

"Ha ha Orange Top has a crazed fan girl! Who would of thought it?!" I laughed as this crazy girl that had shoulder length brown hair, and was wearing a long green top with a kitty backpack tried to attack Kyo. Whoever this girl was she was putting on one heck of a show as she drove Kyo crazy, I just kept laughing to the point were I fell backward and rolled around on the floor. "Shut up Q!" Kyo shouted as the girl attacked him from behind. Of course I continued to laugh until I heard whoever she was start talking "Shigure who's that?" I believe she was talking about me so I shut up, sat up and wiped my eyes clear.

"Oh Kagura this is Q-chan." Shigure introduced me to her, I gave a close eye smile and small wave. "Q?" I had gotten use to people  wondering if my name was really that so I nodded my head to reassure her. "Great name right?" I joked as I pushed myself up with the help of the table, "Where are you going Q-chan?" Shigure asked me as I headed for the hallway. I turned round slightly "Hmm oh just out the front." I said with a smile and when Shigure nodded.

I raced out of the room and headed into the forest, 'I wonder if Kagura is like Kyo, Yuki and Shigure?' I thought as I went and sat under the closest tree. The sun was hidden behind the white fluffy clouds today, it was still really warm though hence the fact I was wearing some light brown shorts and a violet t-shirt.  Suddenly Kyo came crashing through paper door and rolled right into the tree next to me, now was it Yuki this time or had Kagura got abnormal strength as well. "Hey Kyo-" Before I even got a chance to ask he was up on his feet and running in the opposite direction of the house, Kagura chasing after him.

I sat there blinking for a second before I had to burst out laughing, leaving here was like a comedy! Tohru stuck her head out through the broken panel with a worried look, Yuki came and stood next to her followed by Shigure. I stood up quickly and didn't even bother to dust off any dirt that may have gathered on my clothes and began to chase after the both of them, "Q-CHAN WHERE ARE YOU GOING!" Tohru shouted after me.

I turned my head to look at the three of them quickly as I shouted back "I Can't miss this, it's just to funny!" After that I continued running down the path, hoping this was the way they had run off in.

After running for about fifteen minuets I decided to give up running and began to walk, this was hopeless. 'Where could they of run off to?!' I asked myself as stopped in my tracks. The sun was a little higher in the sky and there were no more clouds to be seen, this heat was starting to get to me so I decided to stand under the nearest clump of trees. I rubbed my eyes as they began to get slightly heavy, exposed to this much sunlight is never good for me.

"I've finally found you..."

My eyes shot open and the sleepiness that was taking over me only a moment ago vanished as I stood up and spun around, looking for the source of the voice I heard. I couldn't see anyone and that didn't put me at ease, fear and worry began to bubble and raise up inside of me.

"Don't look like that, I'm not going to hurt you."

My breathing began to speed up as I spun around once again hoping to find something or even someone. My vision began to blur slightly as I felt something warm but wet roll down my left cheek, slowly I reached up and felt what it was. Pulling my hand back down I found it was a tear, more began to flow down at a fast rate.

"Don't cry poor girl, it's not going to make this easier for you."

I couldn't stand still anymore and began to run through the trees, I couldn't hear anyone coming after me but the voice kept coming.

"The big boss of the Ayumu family. So much for the God being strong. All you are is a little, scared,  girl."

More tears fell as I weaved my way through this never ending forest, still no sounds of anyone following me but I could still hear the voice loud and clear. A few more minuets of running and I'd gone deeper than I had ever done before, and the voice had gone quite for a while.  The tears had began to stop now and so I decided to stop and take a break, the fear that had shrouded me before had gone suddenly.

The only sound echoing through the forest was the wind brushing against the branches of the trees and the birds singing. I took one step back as my breathing began to return to normal, a twig snapped from the weight of my foot. No sound came from anything, the birds had now stop and even the wind wasn't blowing against something.

The feeling of fear fired up again. My eyes grew wide as silence still engulfed the surroundings. Nothing was making any sense, what was this fear I was feeling and why had everything fallen silent?! My head began to hurt, a throbbing pain. I bent over in pain as I clutched my head, "Why is this happening to me!" I cried as the pain only grew.

"It'll be over soon, we'll all be free from this stupid cures!"

A hand suddenly fell onto my shoulder pulling my to stand up straight, I turned around in the blink of a eye and found a shadow figure standing in front of me. It was tall, maybe the same size of Shigure. Nothing but darkness, the entire figure was just black. I was frozen in fear as it took a step closer towards me, it's voice deep and very loud.

"Times up, Questa. Guess your mother was right to make your name mean seeking, you've always been to one to find out anyone's secrets."

As the figure reached what I thought to be a hand out to me, adrenaline rushed through my veins as I shot up and ran away. Fear kept me running and I dared not to look back. "GO AWAY!" I screamed as I squeezed my eyes shut and just kept running. I was expecting to run into a tree because of my genius idea of closing my eyes, what I did run into however wasn't as hard as a tree.

It was warm and kinda cuddly, might I regret that thought later. Probably.

"What do you think your doing Idiot!" A familiar voice shouted. Slowly I opened my eyes to be greeted by Kyo's red ones, my eyes only grew wider as I realized how close are faces were. "Kyo are you ok?" Kagura asked as she looked down at us both.

"I'm fine, even better if you'd get off me Q." Kyo mumbled as I kept staring at him, my vision began to blur again as more tears weld up in the corner of each of my eyes. "H-hey what's wrong?!" Kyo panicked. Wiping my eyes I climbed off of him as stood away from them both as I wiped my eyes. My thoughts went back to the shadow figure before and I spun around making sure it hadn't followed me. 'I can't let it get Kyo and Kagura!' I thought as looked around one more time.

"What's with the spinning Q-chan?" Kagura asked me as she helped Kyo up off of the ground. When I was sure it was nowhere near I turned to face them and put on a fake smile. "Sorry, I was chasing after you and got a bit lost." I slightly lied as I kept up the smile. "Liar." Kyo mumbled as he walked up to me and ruffled my short hair. "You got scared by a few birds didn't you!" He laughed as he bent down to my height. I laughed as I pushed his hand off my head, "I'm not a child!" I pouted as Kagura laughed.

"Whatever." Kyo mumbled as he stood back up, I laughed again as my head began to hurt.

"Ow." I grumbled as my vision started to darken. Something was defiantly going on with me today, perhaps this is how I'll regain my memories.

Did I want them back?

I had made friends and so many memories, what would happen to all that once my memories were to return.

"Q-chan?"

Maybe there was a reason that I lost them in the first place, a good reason. To keep someone safe. This is all so confusing...

"Q-CHAN!" I hear Kyo shout as the world turned dark and I felt my legs collapse from underneath me. This was one eventful day.

So.. How's it all going then?

I've been gone awhile now haven't I, sorry about that!

Well here's my latest chapter. So about my absence, I had one major case of writers block. Then events began to pile up against me and so I never really got a chance to continue writing. I still may not be a frequent updater as I'm now in my GCSE year and that's pretty big.
