He carried me to the car, not once looking up from my eyes. When we made it the car he sat me down like I was a glass present in the front seat. He kissed my forehead and went around to his side. We drove for hours and all we did was sing with the radio. When cars passed his face seemed to fade into a colorless ghost. When they were out of sight he would smile, distracting me from his color. But when he looked at me, he was a vibrant brown. Around 7 we pulled into an abandoned gas station and it kinda went blank. I was lost in his kind brown eyes, that were slightly squinted because he was smiling. Something took over again and I leaned over to kiss him. Right then I heard a gunshot. Instinctively I screamed my lungs out. I looked up at Blake, who's smile was a serious expression. "Ok I love you, you know that right?" "Yes but what does that have to -" I was cut off by something pounding into his side. Air bags popped out from all directions and I started crying. The horn was blasting as the sun slowly rose. "Blake!?!" No reply. I tried squeezing down the air bags to see him. I caught a slight glimpse of him before screaming in terror. Blood had poured down his face, on the lips I had kissed only hours before. His saggy hair, dripping with blood. He was a blood monster. Someone opened my door and I fell out, hitting my arm on the concrete. I yelped in pain, trying to get a sight at the person that opened my door. But blur had took over my vision.
