Part 2: Starbucks

Julia's POV
I and Kristina went to starbucks..

"so what you want?" I asked.

"i would like iced caramel macciato! Wbu?"

"something light and not too filling. Let's see what we have here.."

"What about a tea lemonade, if they have it here?"

"Not bad mate!"

we went to the counter and asked for our drinks. I had a happy meal and hour ago. I was still full so was hoping they had the light tea lemonade in the menu.  luckily, they did.
We went outside and sat at a bench in a park.

There were people running on the streets (or rather I should say, stress). We both sat on a bench and spent some time saying nothing and just people watching, sipping our drinks.

My focus was on a poor kid on the opposite lane. He was homeless. But stress free. And all those with shelters on their head, were weighing down by the heavy clouds of stress.

I was snatched out of my thoughts and realized Kristina asked something.
"What?" I asked
"Are you in college or what?" She asked the second time.
"yeah. I mean about to join it.  And you?"

"Same. I am new here. Looking for a good college to join. These days I spend my time doing videos all the time."
She chuckled as she said that.                  
"Where were you before?" I asked her 
"Uh, I.. I was.. in Canada I guess.. yeah. "
That's weird. She took pretty 5 seconds to recall where she was first when she has just left that place.

"Superwoman and weeklychris are two people who come in my mind when I hear 'Canada'." I said trying to calm her down. She was a bit worried, I could see it on her face.

"Omg yes! They are my fav."

"What kind of college are you thinking of joining?"

"Don't know. Maybe something related to art and filming. I really wanna turn this YouTube obsession into an acting career."
She replied moving to the future she has built in her dreams.

"That'd be so great. I wanna do something similar too."
I replied, to which she smiled. The kind of smile people give when they wanna be somewhere they know they can never be.

Our dreams are the sun. And we, are like planets: revolving 'round and 'round without any control over our motion.

"Let's try to get the same college?" I suggested. I'd love to know Kristina more. She seems a mystery.
A girl who just joined YouTube, got so famous without posting much? She's def a mystery!

"That's an awesome idea! Also, I am bad with human interaction, so that'd be helpful."

We both chuckles at this.

"so.. who's there in your family?" I asked, although I have stalked her enough on the internet to know this.

"me, mom and my elder sister. My dad chose to live somewhere else when I was 9, ig?"

"oh that's good.. well.. for me it's me, my mum and dad, my lil brother and oh.. my hot cousin! he's here to complete his studies..  and ..."  
I leaned a little bit forward and lowered and whispered "he's really hot!"

She made a sizzling sound in reply to which I couldn't help but laugh.

She's pretty chill. I liked her.

We exchanged numbers and went home. It was a tiring day, but totally worth it!
