Chapter 1

~Maya~

First day of school, the 7th grade, I'm ready.

I went to riley's home to pick her up, her dad let her go to school with me because he is our teacher and Riley thinks is embarrasing that he takes her to school. We went to the subway and we were heading to school.

[In school]

"Riley why won't you go and save us seats, I'll be there in a second" I said

"Sure" Riley said

I was looking for my locker when someone made me trip by accident. It was a guy, with brown hair, pretty eyes and a little bit taller than... Riley.

"Hey! Be careful!" I told him.

"Sorry! I'm new here, I'm Lucas" he said.

"I'm Maya. So.. inn what grade are you?" I asked him, I tried to be nice, only because he was new.

"Umm... I'm in the 7th grade, but I can't find the classroom, and I'm already late" he said

"I'm in that grade, I can show you were it is, and we won't have too much problems for being late, our teacher is my best friend's dad" I told him

"Ok, then let's go" he said

I found my locker and putted my stuff in, then we went to the classroom and everybody stared at us.

"Miss Hart, why are you so late, and who is this guy?" Mr.Matthews asked

"Sorry Mr.Matthews, i was looking for my locker and I found him, he is new" I answered and sat down

"My name is Lucas Friar, from Austin, Texas... sir" Lucas said to Mr.Matthews

"Ohh a cowboy, how are ya Ranger Rick?" I said laughing

"Maya!...Okay, well...welcome to the 7th grade Mr.Friar, take a seat behind Miss Hart" Mr Matthews said to Lucas.

~Riley~

"Hi!, I'm Riley" I said to the new guy Lucas

"Hi, I'm Lucas" he said giving me a smile

"Riley!! Pay attention!" my father said "Umm... what was i saying?"

"We were talking about why Riley doesn't want you to bring her to school" Farkle said

"Oh right, I don't understand what's the problem Riley!" my dad said

"You know every single thing I do! It's not enough for you to be in my house all day, you also have to be my teacher!!... How am I supposed to try new things if you keep pulling me back?...will I ever meet boys? date or ...how will I ever make my decisions?" I practically screamed at my dad

"Date? Meet boys? ...You could date Farkle!" my dad said

"What?!" I said

Farkle stood up and said "Can I say something?" to my father

"Sure, why not..." he said

"I've been in love with Riley since forever, but I also love Maya, so If I date one, the other will be heart broken, I couldn't do that to any of them, so I can't date Riley as much as I wanted to... Thank you, that's all" Farkle said.

Ohh, this is gonna be a long day.

At lunch...

"So, the new guy is cute, don't you think?" I said to Maya

"Sure" she said "Look, why don't you ask him to sit here?"

"Do you think he'll seat with us?" I said with too much hope

"I don't know, that's why you have to ask him?" Maya said

"I don't know, what if I do something stupid?" I said

"You just have to invite him" Maya said

"I can't do it Maya, I'm in shock!!" I said

"Ugh, fine, I'll do it" she said "Hey!!, Ranger Rick!!, over here!!"

"Thanks Maya" I said

He came to our table and sat down.

"Hi Riley, hi Maya" he said

"Hiii" I said, we started talking, while Maya just watched us talk, I think we are going to be good friends.

Hi! So, this is the first time I do a story in english in wattpad, and I hope you'll like it. This was more of an introduction for the story, the next chapter is going to be like a year after the characters met. This was for you to know how they met, is a little bit similar to the first episode of GMW, but I changed some parts (or a lot, I don't know).

NOTE: I wrote this chapter again, I think it was way tooooo similar to the first episode of GMW, I don't know if it still is, but I tried to change it.
