Dear whoever,

Sad news (on hold)

It was inevitable really. I should have never published this story on a whim. I should have written at least ten chapters before I started posting any. I should have realized that it would have been impossible to balance two stories at once. I should have written this author's note sooner. I should have written over thanksgiving break. 

I should have done a lot of things, but I didn't.

Because I'm just a human being. I make mistakes just like the rest of the world. And now I have to face them, with regret and deep sorrow.

'Dear Whoever,' *cries a little* is being put on hold.

I don't even know if anyone is reading this because I've literally spent more than three months without writing this story.

I started this story spontaneously. I had a beautiful idea and I wanted to share it with people. The feed back I got was incredible and it really motivated me to keep going. I wrote chapter after chapter, barely proof reading it. And because of that, now I have no idea where I want this story to go. I started writing this story for me. But because I felt obligated to update frequently, I began rush writing. Which is the worst kind of writing because the ideas are forced.

I don't wanna make this thing too long, because I don't even want to do this, but I know it has to be done. I'm a high school student balancing life on one finger and 'Dear Whoever,' deserves better than what I can give it right now. YOU GUYS DESERVE BETTER!

I have received so many follows and votes and omg sooo many nice comments and it really inspires me and I appreciate them all. And because of all the awesome support you lot have been giving me, I am putting this story on hold, so that you won't have to wait anymore.

I AM TEMPORARILY HALTING ALL UPLOADING OF THIS STORY

Hopefully you can expect to see updates by summer of 2016. My brain will be free form school and I will have more free time. 

I AM NOT GIVING UP ON DAVID AND QUINN! I will be writing this story again, because honestly, it made me happy. 

In the mean time I WILL BE WRITING THIS STORY but not posting anything until I am sure that it is my best work.

Writing may seem easy, but good ideas don't just flow out of me all the time. Especially if I'm overwhelmed with school, like now. Bare with me please.

I love and appreciate you all, and I have great things planned for Mikkie_has_oreos. 

( Don't worry Sky and Reed fans. Infatuated is not and will not be on hold so if you were also reading that, carry on. Updates will be slower, but I am still writing, as always.)

I have also started 3 new works that are also unpublished. The ideas are really good in my opinion, all about self empowerment and confidence yadah yadah I don't wanna give too much away. But I can't wait to share it with you all.
