Chapter 3

                  Monday morning:

The blaring of Melody's alarm clock disturbingly woke her up. She glanced at the clock and read 6:30am she let out a frustrated moan and rolled out of bed. She looked down at herself and realized she wasn't even in her pajamas, she was still in her clothes from yesterday.

She picked out her outfit for school, she decided to go comfy so she grabbed a big, loose fitting shirt from a hanger and then opened a drawer to grab some yoga pants. She quickly ran to her dresser and opened the bottom drawer grabbing a clean bra and a pair of blue lace underwear.

She slowly walked into the bathroom and looked in the mirror. All she saw was puffy cheeks, baggy eyes, and some crazy hair.

She shut the bathroom door and grabbed her black brush off of the marble counter and started to brush her snarled hair.

She never saw her parents as rich she just always said she was lucky. Melody has her own bedroom and bathroom connected to it. With a big bath tub and separate shower might I add.

As she was ripping through her hair she started taking off her clothes and started the shower so it would be nice and hot when she got in. She finally finished brushing her hair and hopped in the shower.

She stood there for a couple minutes just enjoying the hot water running down her smooth back. She then realized 10 minutes have probably gone by so she got out her shampoo and massaged it in her hair.

Another 10 minutes go by and she's done taking a shower so she gets out and grabs her Aqua blue towel. If you haven't noticed by now blue is Melody's favorite color. She's loved it ever since she was born basically.

She's now done getting dressed so she grabs her tooth brush and wets it with following of putting toothpaste on it.

As she was brushing her teeth she was thinking. "Oh dear, I hope today is a good day at school. May there be no drama, I hate drama. I hope I did all of my home work. Meh, whatever anyways."

She wiped her mouth and did all of her make up. She doesn't do bright colors or anything she does more nude colors. She does wear all the foundation, concealer, blush, mascara, and she does her eyebrows.  After doing all of that she walked out of her bathroom looking gorgeous.

Melody wasn't a thin looking girl she had curves but didn't really like them. She had gorgeous hazel eyes and waist length of beautiful golden brown hair. Every girl in school wants to have her face.

She grabbed her back pack and headed down stairs for breakfast. She forgot to check what time it was before she left but she should be good on time.

She flew down the wooden stair case and headed to the kitchen to get some frosted flake cereal as she was grabbing a bowl she heard a car honking.

She whispered under her breath  "crap, that's Axel, I got to go." She then decided to go with a nature valley granola bar for breakfast. She dashed out the door yelling "bye dad!"

And then met Axel in the car.

Axel said "man, that was close, you were almost late."

Melody just chuckled

And off to school she went....
