Chapter 8

Savannah's POV.

When I sniffed the air I knew they were rogues I wonder why there were so many in the packs territory but I didn't question it yet I was still confused. Ok when I said that I wanted to leave I didn't mean that I wanted to leave the Earth. I liked life very much I just wanted to save everyone the trouble of having to deal with me.

When I was having this inner battle with my self the wolves some how managed to form a circle around me and start to walk around me. Some wolves were gnashing there teeth and others were growling at me. Than a man came out behind a tree basically half naked and started to luann I was eons confused by that point.

"what do you want?" I asked the man that was laughing at me.

"Oh I don't want much I just want your life and I'll leave all of you pretty little friends alone" he was saying as he made his way toward me and all of the wolves stopped moving.

"But if you don't I'll kill everyone here in front of you and then kill you slowly and painfully" he said with as much anger as possible and than put his hand on my chin raising my head so I could look him in the eye.

He was about to say something when we heard russling and a whole bunch of feet or should I say paws hitting the ground with loud thuds. That's when mystery man grabbed me turning me around so I was pressed to his chest witha knife pressed to my neck.

It wasn't any normal knife because not only was it silver but it was also drenched in poison that's when a whole bunch of guy wolves circled around the wolve that were we surrounding me and mystery man.

"Take a step closer and I'll kill her." he said then I saw Mason come to the front and say

"what do you want Jason just let the girl go" wait how did they know mystery I mean Jason.

The I felt Jason press the knife a little harder into my neck and I could feel the poison on my skin buring it I let out a yelp it hurt like hell what kind of poison was this.

"what I want is this pretty girls life in exchange for all of yours" he said turning me around and giving me a kiss on the lips it was horrible it tasted like the poison on the knife which he was still holding to my neck here's my chance.

I wrapped my hands around his neck a kissed him back he was oblivious to everything and I guess got caught up in the moment that he moved his hands to my waist dropping the knife in the process and kissing me with more aggression.

That's when I put my hand on his shoulder and the middle of his back forcing him to the ground with a loud thud grabbing the knife off of the ground and then slitting his throat killing him instantly and I fell to the ground sitting and dizzily all lag sudden.

Then the wolves from the pack started to attack the rogues killing them I guess one got away because the large black wolf was currently on top of me pinning me to the ground.

The wolf was snarling and growling at me since I was struggling under the wolfs weight it was hard for him to get a good grip on my neck but not after scratching the hell out of me I was bleeding a lot by then.

Next thing I know all of the weight is lifted off of me and then the world around me starts to get darker and darker then all I see is black.
