Mason's POV.

'Mason there is someone here I think it's a rogue but I'm not sure we are at the river towards the south of the territory help!' I heard Savannah yell through our link.

I yelled at the guys telling them what was happening as I hurried out the back door to the forest quickly undressing and changing into my wolf ditching my cloths behind a rock.

And running towards the southern side of our territory to help my mate.

Savannah's POV.

There were about ten rogues I don't think I could take them on my self, I need Mason he is the only one who can help but I can't have anyone getting hurt.

That's when I realized these aren't rogues but my supposed 'friends' back at my old pack, these are the people who actually supported what the Alpha decided and not accepting it out of respect of their Alpha.

All of the wolves circled us snarling and baring there teeth at the three of us, that's when someone came out behind the trees in human form.

I recognized it as my supposed 'guy best friend' Matt, he started to laugh at us or actually just me since he kept starting at my all creepy like it was giving me the chills.

"do you realise go stupid you look, trying and trying to protect people you can't protect" he said as I growled at that.

"don't you know that we always get what we want and nothing get get in the was, you do realise that right" he said yelling the last part.

He walked up to me passing the wolves that still circled us, he had to bend down a little so he could look me in the eye.

I mean my wolf is tall but not as tall as he is I'm a little below his neck and if I remember correctly his is about 6'3 so my wolf is pretty tall.

"you now I loved you when you were with us right?" he questioned me.

"the thing is I still do, you see they want me to kill you but I can't so instead I'm going to kill the own in the way of our love" he said and I was in complete shock just staring at him but still ready for anything.

"I'm going to kill the Alpha of this pack or what you like to call your pathetic mate" as she told me this I was growling.

I started to growl a little louder when he began to pet my black and white fur, now I was beyond pissed and he was still petting me.

Just in time Mason showed up in his sleek black furred wolf as he growled when he came closer probably from the fact that I was in danger and that this DOUCH IS STILL PETTING ME LIKE A DOG!

I know what your thinking ok I am not a dog I am a wolf two very different things, I mean ones a pet and ones wild doing what ever she/he wants. See what I mean to completely different thing and not to mention wolves are way taller and stronger than a dog.

I actually have nothing against dogs it's just that I don't like to be called one like at all, that's when one of the wolves that was surrounding us attacked Mason, I tried to go help him but the stupid guy that was supposed me be my friend was holding me back as other wolves held Cassi and Claudia back.
