Savannah's POV.
Wait two growls, no three, was that four or five growls now? Every second there was a new growl coming from outside so many I couldn't count any more.
Since I was in a fairly big cave the growls echoed maybe there were only two or three but the sound inside the walls of the cave made it sound like more.
But it doesn't matter if there are a hundred wolves out there I wouldn't dare step outside. Good thing I thought of the before because I had found a small opening in the back of the cave that leads to a thick forest.
The opening was small enough to not let a big guy through yet big enough for me to squish through it to get to the other side safely.
I walked backward hiding my scent and trying to not make much noise even with all of the growling someone would be bound to hear me if there were a lot of wolves.
All I heard was whispering then I heard the fight begin. As soon as I heard that I turn and ran to the little opening in the back of the cave. I have to get out if here.
Mason's POV.
"Alpha we've got a scent" my lead tracker told me I was heading the way Savannah was in my trackers were way ahead of me scouting the land before I even got close.
"Take me there" I demanded.
He ran and I followed we ended up near a hidden cave but someone familiar walked out of the woods in front of the cave.
"Well hello my younger brother I've heard you've found your self a mate I presume" Edward my older brother said.
"Well look who decided to show up, it's been to long Edward"
"Yes it has been a long since father banished me"
"Oh cut the crap everyone knows you left on your own free will, and don't even complain about not being king because even though you are older you left, you basically handed me the position"
"I did not do such a thing nor would I even think of leaving my own people in the time of need when their queen had died in the very hands of her own son" at that I had growled and jumped at my brother and attacked him.
No one that I had brought with me moved but they did growl when all of Edwards followers came out when someone on his side made the slightest movement all of my trackers and warriors attacked.
It looked like a war zone...
