The gate rattled and opened. You fell and watch as the gate closed shut behind you. It was as if the gate had a mind of it's own.
They hiss, barked and growled through the small gaps of the gates. You stumbled but ran for it.
When you slowed down you noticed a few things off about this place. The gargoyles looked more creepy than anything like their eyes following you. Crows didn't make any noise, the trees had no life, and the sudden rush of cold air on your neck like someone was just inches away from you. For your sake you hoped you hadn't walked in to a murders home.
Once you reached the door there were two door knocker with a face of a lion.
You knocked twice and the door cracked open.
"Hello?" Your voice echoed."I'm sorry but I lost my horse and I was attacked." No one answered.
"I hope I'm not interrupting anything I just need a place to stay."
"Not a word Gabriel not a word." A voice whispered.
"Have a heart bro she's cold." You looked around and no one in sight.
"Someone there?" You heard mumbling and shuffling.
"Well, hello sugar." A voice called out.
Who the hell is there? They're messing with me.
"Over here sugar." You turned around wide eyed.
"Ok this is creepy."
"Look over at the table hot stuff." You turned to the table and looked over. There was nothing but an old clock and a candle holder. You could've sworn you heard the voices right from the table. "Hello?" You asked.
"Bonjour." The candle holder answered. It had eyes and a mouth just like a human. You fell on to the floor screaming. "No no please madame please be quite." It jumped down and stood besides you. "What the hell?" You panted.
"I know this is a little strange but, please let us help. You can not scream." He warned. "How do I know you won't -do -something." You panicked. "We won't." He came closer to you and took your hand.
"Madame let me introduce myself properly." He left a soft kiss on your back hand. "My name is-."
The old clock jumped down and stomped his way to the candle holder. "Gabriel!" He stomped his foot. "And this is my control freak of a brother Michael." He sighed. "You know he doesn't want visitors she's an intruder." He pointed.
Why can they talk? Maybe I bumped my head. Maybe this is all a dream and I'll wake up and go to the book store. Yeah a dream.
"She's a guest brother don't be a dick." Gabriel whined. "He's not going to be pleased about this." He shook his head. "Please madame are you cold?" You stared blankly at him. This is real. Its not a dream.
You nodded. "If you'll follow me I'll show you the grand chair." He winked. He was sweet but a bit of a charmer. While the other one well, he is a bit up typed.
He lead you to a room with a fire place and a chair big enough for two in front of it. "Please sit." He escorted. You sat in the chair as the fire was being build.
"So generous to a stranger thank you." You smiled. He blushed a little. "No, thank you madame."
"Please call me (y/n)." A blanket was thrown across you. "Beautiful name for an Angel." You felt your cheeks lift up. "Okay one cup of tea and she has to go." He whispered.
"She's no harm besides she's out guest." He smiled. With a snap of his fingers a tray with tea barges in the room."One lump or two?" The tea pot asked. This is crazy. Everything is talking to me. No way you were believing this is real. Its all a dream and it seems like a pretty good one. You guessed you'll go along with it.
"This is Bobby he's a tea pot." Gabriel teased. "Watch it boy." Bobby scowled. "One please." A cup shyly peeked out. "Hello there." You smiled.
His big shiny innocent blue eyes looked in yours.
"Hello." He answered. "Who might you be?" He looked at Michael for approval but, Gabriel nods. "Castiel." He swallowed.
"Castiel very unusual." He frowned."I like it." The both of you grinned.
"He's going to be pissed about this boys. Gabriel you should've listened to your brother." Bobby said. "She can help us he doesn't have long." He whispered."Besides if he doesn't want her I'll gladly take her off his hands." He wiggled his eyebrows.
You giggled. Who was "He"?
A loud roar shook the room. It made your heart drop. The fire went out and a cold rush filled the room. "I told you she had to go." Micheal pushed Gabriel.
The doors flied opened and a dark figure stood at the door. "Now just listen-." Bobby was cut off by a roar. "It was all Gabe's idea and he wouldn't listen." Micheal pointed. "You dick." Gabriel gasp. The roar scared them both shut.
It was to dark to see who was there. This dream turned in to a nightmare.
"Whose in here?" A rough voice growled. You hesitate to answer. "Please I mean no harm. I lost my horse and-." He roared once more making your ears ring.
"So you came to stare at the beast right?" He walked closer. "No please." You cried. "Oh so you don't know the tale?" He chuckled circling the room. "Well, honey." His footsteps became louder as he approached you. Once he stepped in the deemed light you slowly met your eyes to his. They were as black as the room. Gone like he's not there.
"What are you looking at?" He sneered. "N-nothing." You studdered. "Who told you to come here?" He got closer. "Please don't hurt me." You cried. "I'm not but, I might just give you something to look at." He grabbed you tightly around your arm. You dragged yourself hoping his grip would slip but nothing.
"No!" You shouted. "Shut up." He puffed. There were stairs he dragged you up. Not caring if you were bleeding or dead.
He took you up to a dungeon. Cells and chains, cold and wet. Wake up! Wake up! You shouted in your mind. He tossed you like a rag on to the cells floor. "Please let me go." You plead.
"You wanted a place to stay I'll give you one." He chained your leg to a metal cold shackle. He closed the cell door and spoke before he left "Now."
"You have a place to stay till you rot." You cried. This isn't what you asked for. You tried pulling on the chains but it's no use.
You screamed and cried. "Please."
