Michaels P.O.V:
Ashlynd grabbed my hand and then the world around us disappeared and we were in a purple haze of things, there was a huge oak tree behind us but it was black all black and the ground was purple and the sky well there was no sky. I looked at her and saw she was concentrating deeply.
“A-a-s-ssshh-lyyy-nnn-ddd.” My words were dragged on I saw my words and how they vanished in the air. She didn’t open her eyes but a vein bulged by her temple.
Several seconds late the purple world turned colorful, we were in a meadow field place, many trees covered the sun from shining brightly at us, and the grass was made in a circle for us and mowed down for a soft sitting.
“Sorry usually it just happens so I didn’t know how to get here, plus ive never brought someone here, I mean Altus has been here but he kinda summoned himself.” She let out a laugh and it was even more moving then when we were… well not here.
“Yeah so can you tell me where we are?” I asked this was one of the many question I wanted answering.
“Well I don’t know what it’s really called but I call it my “Wandering place.” She blushed and for some reason she seemed human, I looked closer and saw her skin a peachy color not the usually pale glow now it was like the sun radiated off of her.
“Where is it?” I asked feeling stupid, she blushed a deeper red and I scratched at my head.
“I don’t know but I think its some place I made up since it’s not on the globe.” Her dark hair was down her back but her eyes were a darker blue not the same ice cube blue it was more ocean water blue but not as dark as Sterling’s.
“So you created this place?” I got up from the soft grass and walked over to a tall tree, it was perfect for climbing but as I tried to run to the trunk and lift my leg up, I ran as fast as a human. I looked back at Ashlynd who was staring at me severely.
“Try to stick your fangs out.” I mused trying to figure this out, if I was human shouldn’t Ashlynd be? She hesitated then said;
“I don’t know how to just stick them out I have to be- I didn’t let her finish, I fished out my pocket knife and cut my index finger; my blood beaded up, the bright red color dropped to the tall grass and nothing happened to Ashlynd. She gasped out in shock, I walked closer to her she flinched back at the blood came closer to her. I laughed and whipped the blood on my jeans.
“Im not a Vampire?” she asked and I saw some happiness in her face, but I wanted to confront her but I was happy myself.
“Try and summon someone.” I challenged if she got Ivo or Sterling here would they be a Vampire or human?
“Okay, but it might take some time I barely got you here.” I shudder remembering the purple haze that had once filled this beautiful place.
“Sure but have you ever walked around here, just see what all is here.”
“Why?” I thought about this, I just wanted to spend more time with Ashlynd before she brought her overly-sensitive boyfriend here.
“I don’t know maybe there’s more than this, I mean what if this is just like an airport and there so much more to it than this patch of grass and a tree?” again I was babbling but my heart ached for Ashlynd.
“Okay, and then when we find something I’ll try to summon Sterling here.” Hmm cool, until stupid ass Sterling got here.
“What if im wrong and we don’t find anything?” her smile grew and those blue eyes sparkled with secrets.
