Ally's pov
As me and bella walked back into the room,i seen the girls all running round getting ready katie had hold of emmi dinah was in hair mani was in make up "were's mila and lo" i ask katie as emmi smiled at us "their in the bathroom lo feels sick " katie said,just then sarah walked in "guys we have to see little mix again today" she said looking at katie "and demi's not around ether its only for another meeting "sarah said looking at us i seen dinah move towards katie and pull her onto her knee,i seen camila and lauren walk out the bathroom "whats going on" camila asked looking at katie " we have to see little mix again today and demi's not around to watch katie" dinah said holding katie,lauren looked at katie who was still holding emmi.
Lauren's pov
"You're kidding right " i asked looking at everyone,i looked at katie and seen how terrified she was i quickly took emmi off her and handed her to camila and pulled katie towards me,as soon as she was in my arms i felt her hands cling onto me tight "am gonna ring my mom guys theirs no way am putting katie in that room and emmi as well" i said getting my phone out," no guys they want to see everyone katie included" sarah said looking at us all,katie clung on even tighter " l l l lauren ccan't" i heard katie say into my shoulder,i pulled her away and seen she was in the middle of a huge panic attack,before i could even begin to help dinah had hold of katie and was carrying her out the room,i quickly ran after them "lo she's never had one like this before this is bad" dinah said kicking her hotel door open,as we sat down with katie we done her normal calm down when she has a panic attack,after a hour katie started calming down slowly,katie looked so scared still but really tired "do you want to stay here with dinah and have a nap" i asked gently "no i wanna get this meeting over with" katie said looking at me but welling up i gently took her face in my hands "you'll be with us the whole time babe i promise" i said kissing her head.
Katie's pov
As we walked to the meeting room i felt sick,lauren and dinah had tight hold of my hands we reached the door and i stopped and backed away trying to let go of dinah and lauren's hands just then i felt a pair of strong arms hold onto me"you guys go in we'll be in in a bit" i heard normani say as she wrapped her arms round me and walked towards her and ally's room,as the door closed i couldn't hold it together anymore i felt normani pull me into a hug and move me towards the spare bed ally had " lie down boo" mani said gently pulling me down and keeping her arms round me,after a while i slowly calmed down and looked at normani "are you ok babe" she asked gently keeping tight hold of me "yeah i don't know if i can go back in that room though" i said feeling scared i felt mani lift my chin up "don't panic babe i have a plan" mani said smiling.
Normani's pov
I knew id have to get katie into the room again soon my plan was to get her to ignore little mix as much as she could,we were walking slowly towards the room as we got to the door i pulled katie into the bathroom "you're the second girl to pull me into the bathroom" katie said smiling,i looked at her and we burst out laughing" listen if things get way to much in their go to lauren's room or ally's room,if you feel like you're having a panic attack lauren wants you to call demi, we even have a code word for if you just want out" i said looking at katie,just then the door opened and camila was stood their "guys their not starting the meeting until you're both their" camila said looking at us "katie the safe word is that you're going to the bathroom" i said watching katie as we got into the room i seen katie run to lauren but stop jesy and leigh were sat near lauren,i seen dinah stand up and pull katie to her chair as they both sat down.
Dinah's pov
As i sat down with katie i felt my phone get a message,i seen she'd sent the message to all of us
Katie 💖: i  can't talk 😭 guys what if they make me talk to them i can't
I pulled katie close and wrapped my arms round her i looked over at camila and seen she was holding back tears

Cam:their going to try and get katie to talk to little mix cheena i can't bare this 😭😭😭💔

I looked over at lauren who was now holding emmi,katie clung onto me shaking i seen everyone looking at us,i heard katie trying to breathe and stood up with her " dinah sit down " janelle said looking at us i looked at lauren " i can't let katie die in this room guys she can't breathe" i said glaring at little mix just then i seen lauren stand up and grab onto katie " dinah can you take emmi and ill take katie" lauren asked pulling our chairs closer, "so guys do we think we can do a month with little mix after christmas" janelle asked " depends if their still trying to hurt katie then hell no we have emmi and bella to think about as well if we can make their safety top priority then maybe" lauren said glaring at jesy and leigh anne.
Camila's pov
I jumped up and ran out the room,i could hear lauren shouting after me but i couldn't stop i needed to get out of the room,i could hear someone running after me "mila wait for me" i heard katie shout" i stopped and grabbed her hand" come on lets get out of here" i said running out the hotel and getting us both into a taxi "were are we going" katie asked still holding onto me,"taylor's house" i said looking at katie and telling the driver the address, as we reached the house i got out and held onto katie as we ran up the path taylor already had the door open for us " come on in you two" she said pulling us into her living room katie wouldn't let go of me as we sat down,"iv messaged the others and let them know you're here" taylor said looking at me,i had my arm wrapped round katie as i heard the doorbell ring again,taylor got up to answer the door i looked at katie and seen she was asleep on my shoulder, just then i seen lauren walk into the room" mila what happened"lauren asked sitting next to me and pulling me into a side hug " by the way taylor's in love with emmi" lauren said smiling at me and kissing my cheek " i don't know if i can do this little mix tour lo yeah its scared katie but they have scared me as well seeing all the things they have done" i said leaning on lauren and letting her know what had been going on in my head,lauren turned and looked at me "i know babe you've been talking in you're sleep since it happened,but i promise nothing is going to happen to anyone we've come up with a plan and said all our moms will be with us when were on stage emmi,katie and bella will be with our  moms if we feel threatened at any point we can leave the show" lauren said looking at me i had a bad feeling about this tour.
