As soon as i seen katie i knew we were all fucked and she'd gone back to square one,i was hoping her and camila might of sorted something a weekend together or a week away,thats not gonna happen now every time someone   moves a inch away she has a full blown panic attack,somehow i managed to get to a meeting but had a call of dinah saying they needed me back because katie was hysterically sobbing and screaming for me, i quickly rang dinah
L: hey whats going on
D: girl its bad its worse then ever
L: dinah what do you mean whats happened
D: lauren she's sobbed since you left she won't eat she won't drink she won't nap all she is doing is sobbing and saying you're name
L: shit
D: we've tried everything lo she won't calm down
L: ill be as quick as i can but girl if it gets to bad ill cancel and come back

id just finished in the gym and heard my phone ringing i seen it was lauren
D:hey girl
L: hey demi are you busy today
D: no not today why whats wrong
L: katie's a mess i have meetings today so she's with the other girls,but dinah's just rang to say she's hysterical and is screaming for me iv spoke to her and she thinks if you're their she'll feel safer but if you're busy its okay she'll be fine with the girls
D: oh my god no of cause ill go and stay with her and the girls ill get ready and leave now girl don't worry she'll be fine
L: thanks demi i owe you
D: yeah ill send you my order later

As i pulled into the studio where the girls where i rang ally

I seen the door open and ally stood their looking at me smiling sadly ,"how is she" i asked looking at ally as we walked into the room,"she's cried herself to sleep" ally whispered as we walked in i seen katie her eyelids were swollen her cheeks were red and her breathing still sounded all over the place,i sat down next to her and gently stroked her cheek i seen dinah coming into the room "is she okay demi" dinah asked looking at me worriedly "she will be girl its going to be tough but you girls will make her better" i said smiling at dinah who was gently holding katie's hand and lightly stroking her thumb across katie's  knuckles,i could see how dinah was looking at katie with so much care and love i could see the worry in her eyes.
Katie's pov
As i woke up i felt someone holding my hand and stroking my hair,i slowly opened my eyes and seen demi and dinah sat next to me dinah hand hold of my hand and was rubbing her thumb across my knuckles i looked up and dinah looked at me " hey baby you okay" she asked gently stroking my cheek,i felt demi move closer "you've been asleep for two hours baby laurens on the way back she's just getting us all starbucks" demi said smiling i felt dinah let go of my hand and looked up at her,"its okay girl i just have to go into the booth now demi's with you lauren will be here soon and mani will be coming out now" dinah said trying to keep me calm,i felt demi move and take hold of my hand as dinah walked into the booth "were all okay sweetheart normani will be here soon and lauren nothings going to happen " demi said keeping hold of my hand,i heard the door open and normani walked in and sat next to me wrapped her arms round me "you're calmer now babe" i nodded "lauren said text her you're orders she's getting us starbucks" mani said keeping her arms round me,just then i got a text of lauren
L:hey nuggets do you want anything ill go anywhere else just for you though 😏
K: can i have a milkshake my throat kinda hurts 😞😞😞
L: sure strawberry or vanilla babe

Mani started drawing light patterns on my arm,the girls all found out a while ago that it relaxes me and keeps me calm i looked up at demi and she smiled at me,i was starting to fall asleep again when the door swung open which made me jump,lauren walked in i watched her quickly put everything on the table and walk over to me "i just seen you jump then nugget are you okay" she asked wrapping her arms round me.
Ally's pov
Demi's gone home she said if we need her to just go to her house,bella's been with my mom and dad for a few weeks my dad was bringing her back out today,i know laurens's moms is bringing emmi back soon as well katie sat next to me looking worried,i opened my arms and she leaned on me as i wrapped my arms round her,"bella's coming back today" i said keeping her close to me dinah and lauren were in the booth recording mani had gone to dancing with the stars rehearsal's,i looked at katie and seen her face she looked worried and confused and tired all at once,"what's on you're mind babe" i asked drawing patterns on her arm and stroking her hair with my other hand,i could feel katie cling onto me "i don't wanna go back to square one" katie said as her voice shook,i pulled katie into a hug and kept my arms around her"listen forget about what happened for a minute before all that were you okay with mila"i asked gently feeling katie nod "so you wouldn't be scared to go back with her"i asked "n no" katie said looking at me,"we'll figure out a way so that never happens again okay" i said watching katie nod just then the door opened "and i seen bella walk in "a ally" she said looking at me her eyes were welled up her lip was quivering,"bella come here baby" i said opening my other arm i watched her quickly run towards me and wrap her arms round me.
