Bryson's pov
I honestly have no idea what I was thinking when I wandered into Alexandria and her wolf Loki's territory. All I could think about was her scent. It was still the same earthy smell, but now it had a pine fresh smell to it. I just wanted to know if it was really her and what she looked like. I didn't expect her to be this close to my new pack. If I found her maybe I could convince her to come back with me. We could get to know each other as siblings and share some of our learned life skills. I just really wanted to see her; I mean it had been years since our parents had been killed. After their death she disappeared: she was only 14 when this happened. I looked for her and couldn't find her. Not even a trace of her scent, like she just dropped of the planet earth. All of this was about 3 years ago, so she would be 17 because I was only one year younger than her. But with our parents being alphas we had their alpha blood running through our veins: I knew she would be okay. She always knew how to handle herself. Dad didn't even have to teach her how to defend herself. He made her go through 'alpha school' which prepared her even more, and he only did it because she got her wolf really early. Most werewolves get their wolves when they are 8; she got hers when she was 4. Then werewolves change when they are 15-21 then that's when the mates come in.
Back to where we have alpha blood in us. It makes us natural born leaders. The only thing about that for me was I didn't want to be an alpha. I was only 13 and if Alex stepped down I would have to take her spot. When she disappeared that's when the beta had to basically take the position. Well more like he almost killed me for the position.
'Power hungry mutt.' Kiba muttered.
'Exactly what I was thinking!' I said back
But I didn't want it anyway so he kicked me out of my own pack. But other than kicking me out of my own pack he was a good person. I guess... I know what you're thinking you turned down an alpha position? What's wrong with you? I didn't want to be alpha because it was truly too much work. I'm not that lazy but still I'm lazy enough to not be fit to be an alpha position. The alpha in my new pack has an eight pack, seriously a freaking eight pack! Like come on dude we get it you're alpha you don't have to take your shirt off to prove it. Me well I kinda sort of have a six pack. But I'm not really proud of that I'm more proud of the magic I can use. I'm elemental so I mostly cast spells with the elements.
I could go on and on about spells I know, but let's get back on the subject. I really need to learn to keep my mind in one place and not let it roam. Then again isn't that what our minds are meant to do? To go wild and be free? Or is that just you messing with me Kiba?
'It's me Bryson.' He responded
'Well could you knock it off? Dude I'm trying to think about my long lost sister.' I said.
'Goddess why me? Why Me?? Why must you pair me with such an idiot? Use your zaym mind and put up your zaym border walls!' Kiba said.
'Well then... Oh Oh I have a great idea!' I said.
'And what would that be?' he asked annoyed.
'I can put up my border walls!' I said.
"Idiot.' he mumbled.
'What was that? Hello? Are you still there? Kiba? Kiba I know you're there you can't leave me. We are stuck together forever buddy!' I said to annoy him.
'Would you shut up my ears are very precious to me and I wish to have good hearing for as long as I live!' Kiba yelled.
'But it's fun.' I said with mock hurt.
'I thought you were thinking of Alexandria? He asked.
'I was.'
'Then please continue.' He asked.
